I graded them 40% for billing us for damages their workers caused. I applied a low grade for taking our recovery depreciation written in the contract which should go to the home owner. Everything has depreciated value before they remove it. The insurance company pays you for this loss value. His contracts takes it. I graded you unsatisfactory for not completing the job. As soon as he got the last check, he was gone. This is a life lesson and axiom for everyone: Business is gaining an advantage from a financial or physical goods transactions over the buyer or seller. In others, in most situations no matter what you buy from a person or company, you will pay more than what they paid even if it is heavily discounted. Like another customer said below, they are very unethical and uncaring. No matter if you do work on someone's house, you must do whatever it takes to fix anything that your employees break.

I have found Pro Tech to be the kind of company that always puts it’s client first. Their customer service is first class with immediate follow-up. They are big enough to get the job done right and on time, but they are not so big that they don’t know your name.

ProTech – Owner = Rudy and his son were very professional, skilled, qualified, certified, and principled. They want to assure you get your life back as fast as possible.
We were in Chicago for a 1 ½ week's vacation when we came back we had a floor in our Master Bedroom, Closet, Bathroom, Powered Room, and another area on the main floors that were very much affected by the Water Damage leak from the master bedroom. I called my Insurance company Branch and they provided me with Service Master, and ServPro = none of these companies could even come out for 2 weeks to look at the house.
I called ProTech at 2:00 PM and within half an hour I got a call back from one of their team members and a follow-up call from Rudy – he said we will be coming to your house at 4:00 PM. Rudy has so much knowledge in construction, lots of experience working with insurance companies, and has an amazing team working with him. He also assures all subcontractors have the highest standards. We had a flooring company and counter company who came out and the work was very clean.
I would recommend ProTech to any of my family and friends. Love to work with them. Amazing family values and amazing ethics in the industry.

I had severe water damage in my house during the winter storm. I was obligated to contract this company because everyone else was swamped.
I only want them to mitigate water. They made sign a contract that I was going to hire them to repair the house as well. I just wanted to dry my house.
After 2 weeks when I was a little more come I told them I needed an estimate for the repairs. Rudy said I can’t do that and he canceled the contract, removed the machines and said he would return the rugs he took to clean. After a week after he canceled the contract I began to asking for a final bill. I told him the house still had water residuals and I hired another company to finished his job and it was very important to get asp the final bill. I sent a letter letting him know the insurance was working on the scoop of work and it was very important to get his bill. It took him 4 months to send the bill to the Insurance after they had paid the mitigation to the other company.
Long story short he billed for cleaning rugs that he didn’t clean and over 10k for mitigation he didn’t finished.
He took advantage of the opportunity to ever bill for services he didn’t perform and he caused a huge billing confusion with the insurance company.
I wouldn’t recommend this company. They are not Ethical. They still want me to pay for service they didn’t do.
Be very careful with them and READ the contract!!!

Damaged quite a bit of my furniture during the repair process. Company was professional and great to work with but they did damage a lot of my furniture and didn’t offer to repair or replace any of it. Would definitely recommend as they are reliable and appear to do good work but move your own furniture because their crew doesn’t care if they damage it or not and when I reached out to the owner he said he would look into it and then never followed up with me.

I got Protech from the Better Business Bureau. They have an A + rating. I was very pleased with them. They have a very honest and polite staff and workers. They keep you updated on the progress and make suggestions to make the restoration beautiful. My home turned out lovely. They worked with the insurance company , when they didn't want to pay enough for a quality job. They were terrific. You cannot go wrong by hiring them.

I got the name of this company from the BBB website. They have an A+ rating so I decided to give them a call. Adriana, Christina, and their team responded, came out right away, and gave an estimate for the bathroom remodel. Out of 3 estimates they had the best price and we liked them best. They worked with our insurance company and met their requests perfectly. They did a great job on the demo and new install. Cleaned up very thoroughly and made all aspects of the job to our liking.

Their crew was on time and did a great job. They made sure that my wife and I were happy with all the choices we made on the remodel. If I liked something and my wife didn't, they continued to find more patterns until we both were happy and satisfied. The end results was amazing and we are very happy with the remodel. I highly recommend them and will use them again for future projects. I give them a 5 star rating.

I initially thought this company would be a good option, but was sadly mistaken. First of all, they lacked consistent communication and notification at times. There were times when they said they were coming, and didn't. Then there were times that I didn't know they were coming and they would expect me to adjust to their spur of the moment schedule. They removed items from my house, that I had to request they bring back like the large mirror from my bathroom and my waste baskets. The final straw was after completion, they billed my insurance an additional amount on top of the original amount and when the check came to me, I believed it to be my payment for the damage done to my clothes and hand bags. Instead of calling me like they'been doing for months, the guy text me and literally insinuated that I stole their money and threatened to put a lien against my house. A simple phone call could have resolved the issue. I requested the invoice for my deductible I paid multiple times, and they shorted the receipt by over $800.
So if you ask would I work with them again, the answer is a resoounding ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!

From rescuing me from a water incident, repairing my roof, or remodeling my bathroom... every single time I've been beyond satisfied with the work done. They not only care about their project, they care about their client.

SERVPRO provided excellent service from beginning to end of their work. From initial water removal, mitigation, tear-out, restoration, remolding, pickup and pack back, and final inspection , every phase was most professional and always courteous and respectful, especially as we stayed in our home during all these phases and processing. Apt our process experts including Jose Guerrero, Mindi Parker, and Memo went out of their way to make this difficult process bearable and the interchange friendly.

Called these guys after dealing with a competitor that was clearly trying to scam me. To my surprise, it was a totally different vibe - all representatives that came out were professional, upfront and took the time to communicate everything that was happening or might happen. The focus was definitely on the most practical was to address the water damage and not on trying and scare me into doing all kinds of unnecessary work. Wish I would have called these guys months ago.
