Servpro Pflugerville in general and Pete Arellano in particular as my project manager did an excellent job at completely restoring/rebuilding the interior of my house after a fire and accompanying smoke damage destroyed it. He always kept me informed of the current work status, tasks completed that week and work to be done in the coming weeks. The work was performed as quickly as possible taking into account various subcontractor availability and working with my insurance. Pete was able to make recommendations on materials and suggested improvements while keeping my budget in mind and was very fair and reasonable in dealing with changes. The end result looks excellent and both my wife and I are very happy with the new modern feel.

We had a great experience with ServPro of Pflugerville. Chance Zapalac did a fantastic job working with our insurance company to get all of our water losses covered with an incredibly fast turnaround. The repairs were done perfectly and we are super satisfied customers!

Hector and Christian came out to demo the floors in my bathroom after a leak + some mold issues. They got everything cleaned up. They were super quick and efficient. They are aware that it’s loud and just a pain to be dealing with all this so they went as quickly as possible while making sure the job was done right. They were awesome!! I worked with Travis as the supervisor/lead on the whole job, and he was great to work with. Super quick to respond, easy to get in touch with, very communicative. Really really solid service all around!!

After a certain utility company drilled a hole through the sewer line at my Georgetown home causing sewage to back up into the house, ServPro was called on to handle all mitigation and renovation. There were several inches of black water throughout the house. A TOTAL nightmare! From the beginning, ServPro reps including Jordan, Chance, and Pete exhibited the utmost concern and professionalism to help me overcome this HUGE inconvenience. They addressed every problem thoroughly and did a total rehaul on the house in a timely manner to help me get on with my life. I could not have done it without them. Highly recommended for all levels of mitigation and renovation. The house looks amazing! Thanks ServPro !

We needed major water damage and mold remediation. They fell a day behind schedule from working only a few hours of the day in the first few days.

They broke a piece of furniture, said they would fit it, but didn't fix it.

They did demolition on tile but didn't fully remove the mortar from the floor. The floors were to have vinyl plank installed. This requires a level floor. We had to have extra work done by another company to finish the demolition and prep the floors.

When they set up the dehumidifiers, I had to repeatedly fix how the water drain tubes were being run so they wouldn't end up dropping water back into the house or right up on the foundation.

They didn't finish cleaning up after themselves. I had to get a shop vac and vacuum up major dust from the demolition myself. See pictures.
