First time homeowners and of course our unit decides to shut itself off and ice up during the first ice storm 😩 after seeing back and forth on when to use emergency heat I messaged and got an IMMEDIATE reply with advice!! Knowledgeable and super kind folks. Would absolutely recommend.

Anthony did a fantastic job updating the entire A/C system in my 2 story house. He had the best price I could find and even drove over 3 hours to complete the job. He was extremely professional and friendly! He even rerouted major parts of the A/C system so I can have much more room in my attic! The A/C has never worked so well and the A/C units and thermostats are so beautiful and pretty to look at! I will only use him for any A/C needs from now on. 11/10 service!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Warren Mechanical HVAC delivered exceptional service from start to finish. I reached out about a new HVAC unit, and the entire process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. I’ve been without true A/C for 3 months now (emergency heat only). Zero pressure to close me. I didn’t feel like he tried to upsell me on products I dont need. Probably met with about 12 other known companies (Atlas, Parobek, Centex, Efficient, Austin Premium, etc), and researched everything about HVAC systems (Goodman, Rheem, Carrier, Lennox) so I didn’t make the wrong choice. Every time they left, I always felt like I was getting gypped and manipulated and the cost was unexplainably high.

The team was also extremely professional and respectful of my space (one gentleman took a moment to rub my dogs belly, which was sweet). They made sure to clean up everything after the job was done—no debris, no mess, no stress left behind. The shorter swole guy was super nice and vacuumed as well.

One moment that definitely threw me—and almost led to a friendly staring contest—was when I noticed a basic Honeywell thermostat had been installed on the wall without any heads-up. I had a Google Nest thermostat originally, and I love being able to adjust the temperature remotely (like when I’m in bed, on vacation, or just too lazy to get up). So seeing that swapped out without a word was… let’s just say, a vibe shift.

When I brought it up, the first response was something like, “Well, you can always buy one that’s compatible and we can install it,”—which is not exactly music to your ears after dropping around $10,000. At first, I was told the Nest wasn’t compatible with the new system. Cue the internal panic and thermostat heartbreak.

But to their credit, the tech took the time to double-check the specs, and after a little research, confirmed it was compatible. Crisis averted, Nest reunited, harmony restored.

In the end, I appreciated that they followed through and got it working, but a heads-up and a quick convo before switching thermostats would’ve saved us both the awkward pause and my dramatic deep sighs.

No ER fee charged for a last minute service request while the roads were still frozen from the ice storm.
Anthony quickly diagnosed the issue and advised how to keep the system operating while waiting for the parts to arrive.
A couple days later he had everything up and running.
So thankful for his expertise and punctuality.

Even in the middle of this year’s ice storm Anthony, was willing to come out and diagnose what was going on with my gas furnace. Not only did he find the problem in next to no time, he found what another company missed twice! Not only was he fair with his quote but he didn’t try to gouge due to the inclement weather conditions he was facing. I will definitely recommend Warren mechanical to my family and friends! My experience with Warren Mechanical HVAC was incredible. I called to have them stop by to advise why my house was not heating up. Anthony showed up in 30 mins. and diagnosed the problem with my 20 yr. old heat pump. After having a discussion of fixing or repairing, I decided to purchase a new system. Anthony & his assistant showed up the next day & by the end of the day I had heat. After checking everything out to make sure the new unit was functioning correct, they cleaned everything up inside & outside prior to leaving.
