Fixed our hvac unit by repairing the old part that’s no longer being sold. We saved by not having to buy a new unit. Call bk the same day w/ next day service. Highly recommend.

I am beyond disappointed with the service I received from EVANS HOME SERVICES, LLC. I hired them to install a brand new HVAC system, and what a complete disaster it turned out to be. Their technician, Mark (who goes by “Howtospellmark” — which now seems like a joke considering he clearly can’t spell competence), absolutely ruined the install.

It was painfully obvious that Mark had no idea what he was doing. He fumbled through the entire process, made mistake after mistake, and left me with a system that wasn’t even functioning properly. I trusted this company to handle something as important as my HVAC system, and instead, I got a rushed, sloppy, amateur-level job.

I immediately raised my concerns and filed a complaint with the company, expecting them to at least offer a solution or some form of compensation. But no — they completely ignored me. No follow-up, no accountability, no effort to make things right. Just radio silence.

This whole experience has been a waste of my time, money, and patience. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting this company with anything. If this is how they operate and this is the kind of “technician” they send out, you’re better off going anywhere else.

Wow!!! What can I say. Frank was very responsive. I needed someone to get 1 screw out so I can connect my dryer. He said I'll be there when I get an opening. He was here with all the necessary tools for this challenging screw in the back of the dryer. Then he hooked up the plug for the dryer. Then helped me replace the dryer in my house. Helped me moved the other one out.

If you need anyone this is the GUY. I won't ask anyone else other than Frank.
