Reviews of local pros in Godley, Texas

We needed a French Drain installed correctly. We had several landscaping companies come look, they never could give Us a plan on what they would do. I called MDM, Kristina and Paul were quick to respond. We decided to use them for the installation. They went above and beyond on installation and clean up. The French drain is working perfect. They did an outstanding job from beginning to end.
I was actually working out of town when they did installing the FD. They kept me informed of every step they were doing before and after.
Great Job MDM. I’ll use the again and recommend them to anyone!

MDM recently did the landscaping on my new home build.
I would like to thank Kristina for designing a beautiful landscape and assuring the insulation was completed correctly. I would also like to thank Jeff for the complex irrigation system that had to be installed. The MDM team were professional and timely with the entire project. I would highly recommend this company.

Paul Andres with MDM did an absolutely outstanding job on our home! From start to finish, he was attentive, thorough, and incredibly detail-oriented, making sure every aspect of the project was completed to perfection. His dedication and professionalism truly set him apart, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Paul went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, and it shows in every detail. We’ll definitely be using him again for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and a fantastic experience!"

Bought new build October 2021 and multiple water lines were found not burried 6in and were areas and boxes not leveled out good at all. Then pvc holding power cord from controller on outside is only held by caulk!!

Jeff Eades and the MDM crew completed some additional irrigation and sod to our recently purchased home. Communication with Jeff was quick and responsive. The field crew did a great job. Pricing was competitive and work was done timely. Great service all around. Thanks for the great job!

We had a great experience with MDM Landscapes. Jeff was great at guiding us through the process and did a wonderful job capturing our desires and was able to produce very nice renderings to visualize what would be installed. Installation was on time and Jeff did a great job communicating with us all along the way.

Absolutely recommend MDM Landscapes. Jeff went above and beyond helping us to get our yard exactly the way we wanted it. They were so easy to work with and their crews are the most hardworking and efficient crews around.

From the moment we started talking, to the prices, and even the super thorough cleanup at the end, everything was top-notch. Jeff was a great guy to work with, and the crew was incredible. They were on time, worked hard, and did an awesome job laying out the sod and irrigation. I’ve already told a bunch of my neighbors about them!

I recently had an issue with sprinkler coverage in my backyard, so I contacted MDM Landscapes and spoke with Lee Rae. She promptly sent her crew out, and in less than an hour, they installed an entirely new zone. Their efficiency and quality of work exceeded my expectations. Additionally, they are customer-friendly and very easy to work with. Attached are before and after photos. Highly recommend MDM Landscapes.

Thank you Jeff and MDM landscaping for our beautiful backyard. Again thank you for your prompt install of our sprinkler system and new sod.
Jeff was outstanding in his determination, and persistent in getting our lawn installed, on our new home before we had a huge family get together. I really appreciate how he valued importance of it to me and my family I would highly recommend MDM landscaping. We will definitely be repeat customers

*UPDATE* 6/25/2024 - Jason, the owner, reached out to me directly and wanted to make things right. He sent a crew to fix all the problems I had within a couple of days. While mistakes do happen, I firmly believe how you handle them makes you the kind of person or company you are. I'm very impressed with their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

I recently bought a new construction house and MDM Landscapes was who the builder partnered with for the irrigation and sod installation. Within the first month I was having really bad water retention where standing water would stay in the backyard for 3 to 4 days at a time. I contacted my warranty rep and after about a week MDM came out.

All they did was replace the sod in the backyard. The first time I used the sprinklers and found the water was still pooling for 3 to 4 days, I contacted my warranty rep who then contacted MDM again. About a week later a crew of 3 came out and spent 8 hours over 2 days grading the backyard and installing new sod.

My backyard looks absolutely terrible. There's 2 different colors and types of Bermuda grass they don't even come close to matching. The only way to fix this will be to rip up all the sod and have the entire backyard re-sodded. To put that in perspective, they replaced the sod once, then came out and replaced it again, and now I'll have to replace all the sod again. That's 3 sod replacements within 2 months.

This is supposed to be new construction, where you do things right from the start. MDM Landscapes failed me in that regard.

I put 2 stars because they did come out to fix the grading issue, however it was under warranty with my builder.

I want to give a big Thank You to Jeff and his crew for a job well done! Jeff kept me well informed on delays due to weather and followed up as needed. The crew showed up as promised to complete my sprinkler and sod work and was willing to do anything I asked. As a homeowner that's all you can ask. Looking forward to working with team again.
