MDM Landscaping (and especially Paul Andres) was very professional and friendly during our new home build. The most impressive was his amazing personal touch and follow up for each question and willingness to continue assisting as our family learned about maintaining and water new sod, operating the newly installed irrigation, and the changes over time it required. Paul was outstanding in his accommodation to help even after the final job was completed. Our family is grateful to have him service our new home!

We had the pleasure of working with Jeff Eades when were built our new home. He did an amazing job listening to what I wanted and designed beds that we will enjoy for years to come. After working with him on the build landscape package I contacted him for trees, a living fence and more sod to finish up the house. Jeff always responded quickly when I emailed a request. I will be contacting him in the future to add more to my yard.

I had the pleasure of working with Paul Andres and MDM Lawncare for the landscaping on my new-build home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. When I called MDM about needing landscaping, they responded immediately. I was actually out of town at the time, but Paul visited the property the very same day and called me to discuss what he saw.

He quickly put together a detailed proposal, explained everything clearly, and demonstrated extensive knowledge and experience. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel confident in the plan moving forward.

Because my newly graded lot was already showing signs of erosion—and heavy rain was in the forecast—I needed fast action. Paul went above and beyond, making numerous calls on my behalf to ensure the sod installation happened in time. Thanks to his persistence and coordination, my yard was fully sodded before the erosion got any worse.

On installation day, Paul and his crew arrived early and were completely professional throughout the job. He walked me through the process, addressed every concern, and made sure everything was done right. I also really appreciated the follow-up checks afterward to ensure there were no issues.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the work MDM Lawncare did and very grateful for Paul’s dedication and expertise. I’ll absolutely be calling him for any future projects.

I have been working with Paul Andres and his team at MDM Landscapes on projects to add appropriate and durable landscaping to my new home. The latest of these projects was the installation of four Autumn Blaze maple trees along one side of my property. My stipulations were complicated - we first had to install adequate irrigation; the trees had to be relatively large with an established root ball; and most importantly, the trees had to be staked and strapped so they were protected from high winds.

The installation was complicated and not cheap, but it exceeded my expectations and would not have been possible were it not for the professionalism of Paul and his outstanding team.

We worked with Jeff Eades of MDM Landscapes To put in the initial landscaping, sod, and irrigation system at a new home we just built in Granbury.

We were very pleased with his professionalism, responsiveness, vision, and the final look.

Everything was done on time and on budget. Plus, he’s a nice guy.

These people are jerks and don’t know how to professionally talk to customers on the phone and are very condescending would NOT give them any business
