Was looking for a longterm cleaning company, but only used them 3 times. The cleaning is good, but very disorganized company. Cleaners forgot to bring our key to unlock our house twice out of three total visits. On second cleaning...I left a simple note to leave bedroom and closet doors open for our kitty....came home...all doors were closed.? kitty thought it was trapped and scratched and clawed door. 🤦‍♀️ Final straw today...employees forgot our key (again)...left, returned 30 mins later with key, cleaned....then left early.? (Have cameras...know exacts) Cleaning this time was just "ok"... So I guess we just get 30 mins less cleaning since they had somewhere else to be.? 🫩 I called and spoke to Deborah...she was apologetic, but didnt couldn't offer any real reason or solution, other than "this won't happen again". I figure we were small potatoes...and her "A" team must be on the larger jobs that make more $. So, we were likely just some fill-in time slot with low priority. Dunno.🤷‍♀️

We just finished a remodel and there was dust on/in EVERYTHING as you could imagine. We needed a deep clean before we moved back in so I got online and searched local companies. Deborah was the first person to call me back after I left several messages with other companies. I am extremely happy that it worked out this way because Deborah and her team did an amazing job! They communicated well and followed up several days later to verify we were satisfied with the cleaning. It's sad but great customer service is rare now days and they nailed it. She will be my first call moving forward.

Deborah and Kelly did an outstanding job on deep cleaning our home! They were so pleasant and kind. The ladies not only did a fabulous regular cleaning job, they did so many detailed things. They cleaned our ceiling fans, blinds, vents, baseboards, windowsills, and cleaned the oven. Deborah and Kelly made this home sparkle. I can’t tell you how appreciative we are for them! I have been using this cleaning service for about 6 months now. The first clean was a deep clean (the house needed it), and the remainder of the cleans were standard cleans every two weeks. I HIGHLY recommend this cleaning service. They send out two housekeepers each time, and they work well together. The office support is excellent, thank you, Natasha.

I wasn't going to do this but I have no choice.

I used Deborah's Cleaning Service for 3 years and never had any issues. Then at the end of my lease last summer, I hired her for the move out deep clean. I was already moved out and no longer on the premises and I entrusted her to deep clean the property in my absence and they didn't clean it.

I had my daughter go in and check and as you can see from the photographs, the shower was not cleaned, there was dust everywhere and the floor hadn't been swept or mopped. The bathroom faucets were not cleaned and still had hard water stains.

I had to hire a different company, The Maids, to come in and finish the work Deborah's crew did not perform. Deborah has continued to send me invoices and also threatened to take me to court and tack on interest and additional charges and send me to collections. To this day, she is still sending me invoices on work neither she nor her crew performed.

Very disappointing situation with these people but I will never pay for a deep clean that wasn't completed. Because of her, I had to hire another company when I would have been happy to pay for services rendered like I had for 3 years if she had simply done the job.

This was my first time using a cleaning service for my home & honestly I was a little skeptical. I contacted Two Maids Granbury for a deep clean and I'm glad I did! Communication was great all the way through the process and they were upfront about pricing. Ashlyn and Nikki did an AMAZING job! They were detailed with the cleaning, very pleasant, and even friendly with my dog! I will be using Two Maids again and requesting Ashlyn and Nikki!

Beware. This company will send shady people who were observed on camera to only spend 1.5 hours and charge you 350$. They lie and will not make things right. They just keep charging your card and provide very shady services. The cleaners look like they walked straight out of the jail. No supervision. Do not use them. These are fraudulent services
