A huge thank you to Granbury maids for helping me clean my home! Whitney and Tamara did a fantastic job! I’ve been stuck in a postpartum depression fog since my daughter was born and this was a treat to myself to help things get back on track! I am so grateful for the help I received from two maids!

Always amazing. The ladies that come and clean are thorough and super sweet. When asked to do certain things they always do it with a genuine smile. I’m glad I started using this company. Makes my life so much easier to focus on my business, my travels and my children.

Oh my goodness what a blessing. I live in a huge historic home with so much wood. I just had two maids come in and do a deep clean for me as I have been so bogged down with work and have an event at the house coming up. Ashlyn and Kate were amazing. Not only did they get everything, but there were cute little organization spots throughout. Touches like lining up the shampoo bottles and such. I will absolutely be using them again and again. Thanks again to all who made this happen.

Vanessa does a great job! She is professional, courteous and efficient. The whole house looks great, smells so clean and she did a great job on my tile floors.

Two Maids did a fantastic job! Cleaning a house of young kids isn’t always an easy feat, but they did wonderful. We appreciated their walk through beforehand to find out our biggest needs first. We are very pleased and thankful!

We purchased the move out/in cleaning. This is the deepest & most thorough cleaning package. It covered the areas we wanted professionally cleaned .

Due to having several more home showings scheduled between our move out date December 23 and the date the Two Maids of Granbury put us on there schedule, January 6, we lightly cleaned the house ourselves the day after we moved out - swept, mopped, vacuumed, cleaned all countertops, mirrors and windows.

**We did not clean inside cabinets,  drawers , oven, shelves, baseboards - that’s where I wanted & paid for their help. It was discussed with the rep over the phone and by email these were the areas we did not clean and we needed them to focus on that was part of our purchased cleaning package.

The afternoon of January 6, we were shocked to see the two maids did not clean these areas At All! They also did not spend the amount of time they claimed to at our home. We have home cameras so have record of when they arrived and left.

We contacted a manager, Taylor, with photos & videos of how they left our home. She offered to have them come back the following day. I met them there, I gave them a sponge because they didn’t have one, & left them to finish. Cameras showed they were there for about an hour total, definitely not enough time to do what we paid for. We went back to see the “cleaning” results - the areas were still not cleaned.

We again shared pictures and videos and all Taylor would say is how many hours her PHCs spent in our home, which wasn’t even correct. Even with picture and videos of clearly an uncleaned home she maintained they had done their job.

We ended up cleaning the home ourselves. We hired 2 Maids to do this for us to save us time , which was not the end result. It cost us extra time, stress dealing with them, and money for the job they failed to do, twice.

100% we do Not recommend hiring this company!

I cannot tell you how fantastic my experience was. It was perfect. She cleaned things that I wouldn't have thought to clean. My house looks like a million dollars! The best cleaner I've ever used anywhere.

Jessica was extremely thorough in cleaning our home. What she accomplished in 4 hours was amazing! From bookshelves with hundreds of books and knick-knacks to the floors and bathrooms - everything shines. We appreciate her help so much!

I needed a house cleaning done. Horrible service!!! Do not use these cleaners. I do t know where the 5 stars came from. The surfaces in the dining room still dirty, microwave not cleaned. Did clean refrigerator but not the freezers done! . Didn’t even do the Master bedroom nor bath. It’s Just my husband and I - never use the extra bedrooms in a 4 bedroom 4 bath house. I was devastated when I got home from work!! They didn’t have a clear form to fill out~ just used me texting what I needed but didn’t do as I stated above. Charging $292 for just the refrigerators x2, oven x2 and mopping. Cleaning 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms.Didn’t clean and sanitize.

I can't say enough about our cleaner Loretta <3! She is always 10-15 mins early, works around me in juggling twin boys, puts up and even LOVES my giant English Mastiff Moose. If I am not happy about something I can ALWAYS approach her and she is incredibly receptive and she gets so much done in the 2 hours she is here! She has been such a blessing in taking the weight of cleaning my house off my shoulders so I can really be involved with my boys when they are young. They even LOVE her and can never stop smiling when she is around, she truly is almost a little part of our fam! Every time she leaves and then I see my clean house, I do a little wiggle of delight. It's such a HUGE weight off my shoulders. Highly recommend Lotus Cleaning Co and Miss Loretta!

I can’t say enough good things about Lotus Cleaning Co! Their attention to detail is incredible, and they consistently make my home look and feel so much better.
