Valle Electrical provides exceptional service. Alejandro & Alexis made some repairs and took great care to answer my questions about local codes. They also provided me with guidance, suggestions and estimates for future projects. I am extremely pleased and plan to use Valle Electrical in the future.

I found Jose Valle to be smart, creative, and honest in helping us. His crew, especially the leader, Kevin, did a great job at our home. Both Jose and Kevin put the customer first and make sure you are happy at the of the job. The time to do the work was underestimated, but they stand behind their estimate. I have had many electricians at our hose through the years, but Valle Electrical is the best. I will definitely use them in the future.

Valle removed a builder grade flush mount and replaced with LED can. Added dimmer as well. Illuminates the entry beautifully.

Our experience with the front desk parts person at Dealers Electric has been consistently frustrating. He has been rude and unhelpful to both our office staff and our technicians. When we called to place a second order using the same quote sheet, he insisted it had already been picked up and hung up the phone. On follow-up calls, he either disconnected us again or gave unnecessary attitude when asked to transfer to Paul. He was also dismissive and unhelpful to our technician who came in person to pick up parts.

On the other hand, Paul, their manager, is always professional, helpful, and on top of his game. He and his team do a great job quickly identifying and ordering parts, which we appreciate. We just wish the front desk person would follow that same example, as it would make working with Dealers Electric a much smoother experience. 1 rude employee changes a 4 or 5 star review to 2 stars.

Edit: the branch manager Dustin, reached out and handled things with grace and understanding! I really appreciate the efforts he took to reach out personally. My review was more of a reflection on an individual and I am very pleased with how the company responded.

Joey was professional and did an amazing job. Our panel was in need of a few fixes. He checked the panel and house, gave us options and pricing on the fixes needed, and did the work same day. I will use Clements for my future electric needs.
