My statement below was sincere until I seen the invoice. I was informed that they would not charge for transportation service fees if they done the work. They did the work and charged the transportation service fees. No manager has called me as of today to explain why I was told one thing and not honor what was told to me. Lesson learned.

The young lady admitted that Very professional from the beginning. The lady set the tone for my expectations. She was kind, respectful and very understanding. She answer my questions concerning the cost without having to send the electrician out. And when the electrician arrived he was the same way. I've never received this kind of service without feeling cheated or over priced. I needed this work done before the holiday and it was completed within minutes. Very professional. We're not impressed. Called them to get a quote on rewiring our little house to bring it up to modern standards. The guy instantly latched on to one part of what we wanted done and "offered" to rewire our hallway lights. So instead of an $80 estimate we go for $1,000 to hook up two lights in a 3-way configuration. Seemed a bit high, but not absurd. Then he didn't have a cover plate that would work with our new dimmer switch and the two old switches in the box at the front door. So he had to replace those switches with new style switches. Makes sense. Why does it cost $162 apiece to install $15 Home Depot switches? All told, the estimate we originally wanted ended up costing us almost $1,500. Which is definitely high. But what makes it worse is that we still don't have a 3-way configuration like we asked for. The switch at the front door won't do anything if the switch at the other end of the hall is off.

As for the rewiring quote, that's the really funny part. Dude told us it would cost $23,000 to upgrade our breaker box and run new wire in our 1,100 sq ft house. That's $9,000 for the new box and $2,000 per room for the wiring. Somehow, my tiny 4x4.5 bathroom with one light and one outlet costs the same $2,000 to rewire as a kitchen full of lights and appliances.

This is why people DIY everything these days. Companies are just out to make a buck and don't care who they take it from. I should have known he was a con artist from the fact he did all the talking instead of trying to find out what we were after. So now I have to find an actual pro to do the upgrade. I'm guessing all the glowing reviews are from people who dealt with someone else.

Mike,Fred and the crew were outstanding, polite and very professional. Being an ex electrician, it almost made me want to go back in the field . I cannot say enough good things about the the crew and you as well. You delivered what you promised.

The guys called and wanted to meet me 2 hours before the scheduled time which was fine . When they got there they gave me an assessment of the problem but said that he couldn't do the job today because he had a personal appointment to get to !! So knowing that my fridge might keep blowing the breaker all night and ruin all my food basically oh well is kind of how I took it. Not a big deal because I have another company coming out in the morning that said they can put in a new breaker for me. I just feel bad for the owners of this company because apparently their head electrician doesn't care if they make money or not.

Josh and his assistant were here in less than an hour and had us fixed in less than 15 minutes. Would recommend these guys to everyone. The price was more than reasonable. Thanks for everything.

I found Clements on Angi, formally Angi’s list. Of the the four contractors to be contacted, they were the only ones to come out the same day I contacted them, for an estimate. I live between 18 and 26 miles from any populated areas, so that says a lot. We scheduled the job for the following week, and they were willing to adapt to situations that popped up. I ama disabled veteran, and part of the work I was going to complete before the job began, was too much for me. So they took care of it at the last moment. They did a great job, and I appreciate the effort they took to get my job done.

Was 3:00 almost, I was frantic electricity was out I'd already been shocked trying to fix it myself.I called this company and he came out fixed the problem within short time frame electricity restored, Josh had only been working there 2 months but he was very good at what he done. Josh did a very good job very considerate and professional he was very nice guy thank you for the good work.

Called for an appointment and was told someone would contact me shortly. That was 2 weeks ago.

It has only been about 24 hours since my repair, but I already notice a difference.
Nobody wants to do repairs of any kind at Christmas but in this case, I believe that this repair prevented a house fire, That is the best gift of all, for Christmas!!

I set up an appointment on line and next day they were out to estimate my project. Fred and William were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable and was able to complete my project at that visit! I even asked about installing a ceiling light I was dreading doing myself and they completed that for me as well. I highly recommend Clements Electric. I work out of town and my elderly mothers lights went off . I called them after hours and they went straight to her house and fixed the problem . I will use them from now on .Thank you mike for taking care of my mother I am forever in your debt.

EXCELLENT customer service! Before, the Electrician, Guillermo, arrived the company sent me a picture and personal information about him so I would know who I was accepting in my home. Guillermo still introduced himself asked how he could service my home and went straight to work. He was very professional and
thoroughly cleaned the space he serviced. Upon his departure he reiterated what was done and made sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. Simply AWESOME!

We abruptly found out that our power had to be turned off due to some of the lugs on our side of the meter that were sparking. Clements was able to get out that day to assess the issue. They were out bright & early the next morning to do what they could. Now we are waiting on the City Inspector. Fred & the guys were awesome? They were all very professional and knew their job. We will definitely use Clements again!

My power went out and the company my home warranty matched me with was no help. Clements was able to fix my issue in less than 24 hours. All the people I came encounter with were super nice! Thank you so much.

My husband who always says" if you are on time then you are late" loved it because Fred was early. He did an excellent job and we are well pleased. In fact we think Fred was one of the best technicians that we have ever had . We would want him again if we need electrical work done. Also the office staff seemed very pleasant and nice.
