This company is such a joke!! They said they were going to stop Cleaning our facility due to biohazard material which is completely understandable but the customer service manager who emailed me to let me know cussed and was so unprofessional. She also claimed it was an ongoing issue even though I had never once been notified about biohazard waste . We even have a binder we communicate with the cleaners with and the cleaners have left notes the last two times about how they couldn’t clean the glass because pallets were in the way but never once did they mention anything about biohazard waste. I emailed the owner just to give him a heads up of how his employee was treating his clients and instead of calling or apologizing, he immediately told me that our facility was an issue and they weren’t going to clean anymore but I still have to pay for 30
More days. What??? I am not sure how they expect me to fix concerns they had when they never even told me about the supposed issues. The cleaning we were getting was awful anyways so the week prior, I had told them that we were considering getting a new company and then all of a sudden this happened. I have never worked with a more unprofessional company in my entire career.

Delta has done a consistently good job maintaining our the custodial needs of our church campus in North Dallas. They are quick to respond to requests or questions and have always had a positive and professional presence during our communications.

Delta Janitorial has been a great asset to our company for many years. They have always kept our office clean both when we were in Garland and now in Richardson. They are consistent in following up on how things are going with the staff they send out. We especially appreciate Dez who has been keeping our Richardson office spotless since we moved here.
