This company is very professional. They provide excellent service for a commercial service on the property buildings with my tenants for the gutters replacement. I would highly recommend this company. They cleaned the drains and replaced some old gutters to fix the water flow so we don’t get leaks through the roof. It’s better to replace the gutters than the roof. It was worth the price.

SCHEDULED A 99 special from 10am-6pm tech never called I called to see what time he would arrive they said 6pm what is the point of a time window if he is going to make his own schedule then on the phone he said he is going to have to charge me more for shampoo since the special is just water lol like this company should just shut down poor customer service

They have a flyer online quoting price for 99 dollars. Got to my house tried to force me to pay 250 plus tax. And I said No and they would not clean my carpet. Rip off!!! Bad customer svs did not mention any of this before on phone call for appt.!!! Really bad technician!!! With A van that is white and beat up with no logo!! Asked to speak to manager. They hung up and stop answering my phone call. Dont call these people!!

I called for our College to get an estimate on what would of been a very large room to clean carpet of. The lady on the phone was rude from the beginning. Not warm, 0 customer service. I explained the reason for my call to be told I would need to speak to a specialist about cost. I asked if she could then transfer me she said no because you only speak to a specialist when they come out to you. I said ok, do you come out and see the room then and give us an estimate. I used to work for a very large moving company in the area in sales and estimate building so I know generally how this should go right? She said no you book the service we go out for the service look and tell you the cost. I said and what if we cannot do that cost? Is there a cost for you to simply just come out. She said ma'am you would need to speak to a specialist because that is policy. I said, I understand this but I am just asking some general questions and you are not answering those and are confusing. Let me get this straight, you will not connect me to a specialist, you will not answer my questions, you will not come out to build an estimate, and you will not tell me any sort of cost or even ask any details about what I am needing unless I book a carpet cleaning with you. She said that is our policy. I said this doesn't make sense. That would be like me booking a move, movers come out and they say hey pay this and that is that or you don't move. That would be crazy right? She then said hello? I said yes I can hear you. She said hello? I said I can hear you and I know you can hear me too and she hung up on me. Very very rude and super shady business practice coming from someone who works in sales and estimate building type sales at that. Could have had a great business with a great school in the area and potentially bigger job but absolutely not!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. They are NOT a post-construction cleaning crew at all. They might or might not barely be adequate window cleaners, but in spite of being charged a RIDICULOUS amount of money, we have found rooms that weren't touched, floors and countertops not touched, cabinets not touched. They sent only two workers (over 1.5 days). One worker seemed to be working hard and the other not so much. Extremely disappointing, for any amount of money, much less the large amount they charged.

They cleaned the outside of my windows, power washed my driveway and back porch, and even power washed my entry way and cleaned up my storm door. Great service and got the job finished in a good time. Would highly recommend.

Professional, the world is so much clearer from the inside now!! They even helped me change a light bulb that is 20 feet up and cleaned my glass patio table and make it look like new
