Originally I started service with him couple years ago, I know he works hard but however has a businessman there’s been so poor situations I will no longer do business with him. The first time I cancelled service with him was because prices was high and raised prices on me two times in 1 year. When I told him I was cancelling my service I prepaid for 4 cleanings however once he found out I was canceling my service he didn’t bother showing up for the 4th clean nor respond to me.

Now recently I tried to give him another shot as the cleaning service I switched to was no longer available, I had to clean my whole pool pressure wash etc, I told him to come back for the chemical balance because the pump went out and I had someone coming to fix it, but all he could mention to me is signing up for the monthly pool service, when I asked about him finishing the job to put the chemicals in, he completely ignored it and kept carrying on a conversation of the other topic. I tried to give him a second chance because I know he is building his own business but this is absolutely poor service.

As an association manager, Fabian, the owner has serviced four pools for us over the past several years. He is professional, efficient, personable and very knowledgeable. I highly reccomend him.

Fabian serviced the pool at an Airbnb rental we were at in Cedar Hill. What a nice courteous guy! Instead of just showing up in the back yard and suprising us he knocked at the door and let us know he was going to be servicing the pool. He chatted with us and gave us tips on what to see in the area and was very personable as he quickly cleaned the pool and treated the water.

He is very quick to respond to our questions and knowledgeable about pools. He gives great recommendations to help keep our pool maintenance and even helps keep our equipment clean and organized. He also has great communication with us and our property manager. I definitely recommend you getting your pool serviced by Mr. Varela.
