Jerome was awesome! He was professional, quick to respond, gave me a very reasonably priced quote to clean a 9X12 area rug, and I am very satisfied with his work/results. My 70 lb boxer had a diarrhea accident all over the white rug and he was able to get it looking like nothing ever happened! Very good day and super thankful! He saved my rug!!!!
