The three ladies that came to clean the house were extremely professional hard-working and exceed my expectations every time! The whole team is great and I am so thankful that I found them, thank you Family Cleaning Services!

Great first deep cleaning with using Family Services! The ladies were so sweet and got right to cleaning when they arrived. From the bathrooms, to bedrooms, to office room, to living room, and kitchen. We were very pleased and will be booking them again! Thank you!

The team did a lackluster job in my kitchen. The oven front was still dirty, the countertops had grime that had not been removed, the freezer door was not clean, there was still dirt in the wood floor.
The floor trim on the master bathroom was not clean. I have had better results in the past but I was disappointed today.

Thank you for your response but I did call a couple of days later. A representative from Family Cleaning Services didn't call me back. Now to turn around and say I should have called sooner, when you didn't even acknowledge my call, is disingenuous. Overall, I like working with FCS, I was just saying that the job the last time was mediocre. That's all. I'm not a dishonest person.......

What a wonderful job Sandra, Marissa and Mercedes did for our house. It feels like home again! I believe they have cleaned every square inch of it. They paid such attention to detail and worked so very hard. I am so glad I called Family Cleaning Service. What a blessing.

Ladies did an amazing job on cleaning my apartment although they forgot the garage. But quickly came back to do the sweep! Excellent service, would use them again.
