TruGreen has done a wonderful job of making my lawn beautifull, best in the neighborhood, at my last two homes. Manuel was out today, as scheduled. He treated my lawn, and made recommendations on two concerns I had. They are worth the money.

True Green Lawn Services has done a great job keeping my lawn healthy and looking beautiful. The team is professional, reliable, and always attentive to details. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

Trugreen has really transformed my lawn. I didn’t want to spend the money at first for lawn care. If you are hesitant, try it. it will be the best decision you made.

I was very open and honest about the service I needed from the beginning, but was overcharged and overpromised. When I asked for a refund for services clearly not provided, they said "it's not in the notes, sorry", even though when I spoke to the 5 team members prior, ALL of them stated that I would be getting a full refund since the service I paid for was not and could not be rendered. I basically paid $300 for nothing. I'm tired of being on hold and telling my story over and over again to different departments in the same company.

We’ve been using TruGreen for almost 7 months now, and this has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with a service company. Their communication is terrible — you can never reach anyone, and they claim they’ve been calling us when they haven’t. We’ve wasted our money, and we still have no idea what’s going on with our service.

On top of that, they completely destroyed our grass in both the front and backyard. Every time we call, they say a manager will get back to us, but no one ever does. It’s extremely disappointing and unprofessional. At this point, it feels like we were scammed. I would not recommend TruGreen to anyone.

Observed the applied treatment. Answered my questions but provided no additional recommendation like when/ if to water in. Also ran hoses thru my gardens- plants were small so no damage today. Asked that he keep the hoses outside the bricked areas. He apologized.

Specialist delivers great service but TruGreen overall is not customer focused. They are great at killing weeds but not restoring a healthy lawn. I have to seed and treat the lawn post their visit.

We have been customers of Trugreen a very long time. I believe since 2009 or earlier. When I do have issues we get them resolved. I am always told our lawn is pretty and healthy looking.
The only complaint I have is getting different technician each treatment. I used to have Corry all the time. He was nice and knowledgeable. Now, I see have Bryce which he was nice and we discussed some concerns I had. I just like consistency, because they know if things are changing with my lawn due to them treating it. I have referred Trugreen to several neighbors.

I do NOT recommend TruGreen!
Their services completely ruined my lawn and caused serious damage to my backyard. I trusted them with the care of my yard, and instead, I’m left with dead grass and a costly mess to fix.

I reached out and gave them a fair chance to make things right—yet no one followed up, no one took accountability, and I was left feeling ignored and mistreated. For the amount of money I paid, the lack of professionalism from their management is unacceptable.

Now I have to spend even more out of pocket to replace the lawn with new grass pallets. Save yourself the stress and go with a company that values its customers. TruGreen is absolutely not it.

Everywhere the weed spray was used everything is dead. We have large dead spots all over in our yard, it looks terrible. Must of sprayed grass and weed killer or too strong of weed killer. See pictures 10 14 25 . come look it's a mess

I had the pleasure of having Roderick S. from TruGreen service my lawn today, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment he arrived, Roderick was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain the treatment he was applying, answered all my questions with patience, and offered helpful tips to maintain a healthy lawn.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and the care he took to ensure everything was done thoroughly. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results. My lawn already looks better, and I feel confident it’s in great hands moving forward.

I would absolutely give this group a 0 if I could. DO NOT use them for your apartment complex. They do the lawn care at my apartment complex, The Creek on Park Place in BedfordTexas and every week they blow more leaves and crap onto my patio then what was there prior to, they destroy my plants, patio mats and boxes. I have asked management more than 4 × 2 ask them to stay away from my patio. Every time they ignore her. I
Every new crew, they send gets worse and worse.

They have no consideration for the customers or the customers possessions. They blow grass and debris onto the renters' cars with no consideration that the rocks and stuff are dinging up the vehicle.

They are a company full of people who do not know how to perform customer service running crews who have also no clue on customer service. They don't even do a good job on tge lawn work

Luis and his team go above and beyond taking care of the landscaping at our property! They are always so quick to address any questions I have and keep everything beautiful year round.

I am so impressed with this company! The level of professionalism from Taylor was above and beyond. I contracted them for one of my rental properties and everything was exactly as promised! They were on time, professional, priced fairly and friendly. Thank you!

This company cracked my windshield. My car was parked In front of my office and because there was no proof in the photo I sent that their landscaper did it, my opinion was thrown out. I talk to the manager and he said he would come take a look and never came. I want this company to take accountability for cracking my windshield! I’m trying to be patient to see if anyone was going to come do their do diligence however time is money! I hope the owner sees this cause the manager said he would be contacting him as well. I’m just disappointed.

Need 0 stars for the crew that works Westgate Apartments. Every time the blow leaves all over my vehicle. Asked them nicely to just blow the leaves off and they get hostile. Very not Professional.

LJC Landscape consistently delivers exceptional service. Their meticulous work on my apartment communities and home landscaping is truly top-tier.
