Absolutely love this Home Depot. A gentleman in the garden section loaded my cart with bags of dirt and straight away began loading another customers cart. Awesome customer service!!!

On February 20th, I was looking for orchids in Dallas. Mind you, I am in Boston. I talked with Seiko, their outdoor gardens savant / expert who has been there for more than ten years. She knows her horticulture, and she is a great soul. Jean in Special Services and Seiko moved mountains and were able to provide 3 beautiful orchid plants to my traveling girlfriend - Seiko even took her lunch time to bring the orchids - just what my girlfriend needs to inspire her in her design job and remind her a little bit of home. Thanks Jean and Seiko, I am forever in your debt.

Everything in stock as far as lawn insect spray & granules + fungicide both in spray & granules, lady helpful in checking me out. Convenient location, total time from getting out of car to putting products in my truck less than 15 minutes.

Went here to get our Christmas tree. It was my special needs daughter and myself. Not only did no one offer to help us but after we picked the tree and got the employee to agree to wrap it and prepare it while we went across to pay for it. Not only did he not acknowledge us when we came back another young man who was preparing a tree for somebody else told me our tree was there against the wall. And I then proceeded to load the tree by myself with absolutely no concern shown or acknowledgement of our existence from the original person who was busy eating himself sweeping a floor. I have purchased trees from this location many years and this is the first time I received non-existent help. I was very offended especially because it was so obvious I needed help

Everytime I go I have a good experience, customer service are what they are supposed to be and even workers in the isles are helpful. They have what I need I just wish I could be approved for their card. I'm working towards that one. I have had some plants die after planting and they will give you a refund for that. They do tend to water their plants at the wrong time of the day that makes them die and too much water also. Evening watering only home depot. Not in the sun light. Rain has nutrients and water from faucet has poisons. So very little watering from hoses. Thanks home depot for great shopping exsperinces!

Great service. We found a pretty tree, they trimmed, netted and loaded it onto our car. Made it so easy.

Hired them to cut branches out of my tree to get sun on my flower bed. Flowers ended up dying because they did not cut the branch but rather only trimmed some of the growth off of it. Now. it is the same as what it was before and it has only been like a month. $250 down the drain

Eddie and his crew were on-time, fast and cleaned up the mess! They took out a very large pine tree for me and ground down the stump in only 2 hours at the most. I will always use his company for tree removal. Money well spent.

I have a large oak tree in my backyard with lots of dead branches and it was overgrown. The crew did an amazing job thinning out the canopy and removing the dead branches. My backyard looks so open now and the tree looks healthy again. I will also add Eddie was extremely timely in coming out for an estimate. Great service, very happy!

Eddie contacted me shortly after I submitted a request, came out next day for a quote. I said lets go ahead and within 2 hours the crew had come, completed, and gone with what I needed. Excellent customer service, responsiveness and reasonable pricing. Highly impressed.
