I use the home ac/heating maintenance program with Houk. Always professional and knowledgeable technicians. They always teach me something new about my system and how to keep it in top condition. It is a must to give me peace of mind.

Houk air-conditioning originally put in the system when the house was built five years ago. We have had little no problems ever since. We had a small issue with a clogged drain pipe. Samuel came out immediately to diagnose it. He then communicated with us what the problem was and the solution. He was able to get it done and clean out the additional units in our system. The cost was minimal and service was impeccable.

Houk has done a great job responding to my AC/Heat issues. Their techs have all been friendly, with Chris having done a fantastic job on my most recent maintenance.

The tech was very professional and personal! He knew the unit information before arrival and was able to resolve the issue and do fall PM in a timely matter. He let us know of a new feature to help eliminate dust in the home and we will consider down the road . It is people like him that make a great reputation for Houk. Had a recent maintenance visit with them. We have used them and have had their maintenance plan now for several years and each maintenance person is always very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! This time we had Chris and he was absolutely fantastic!

Jose Ortiz was amazing. He made sure that I knew everything that was going on. He let me know everything that he was doing and then he he tested everything his Customer Service his compassion and empathy is 10 stars even though I can only give them five stars when you get ready to do the air pressure test send Him out or RYAN no one else from Houk HVAC. You should promote him and make him a Supervisor if he isn’t already he’s amazing

In the past, the service I have received on mymaintenance plan was nominal, and I was ready to let my plan lapse. Jeremy Ketchum, however, provided the most thorough service we have had from Houk. He completed the test we have been requesting for two years. As long as I can request Jeremy, or someone equally thorough, I will be renewing my service plan, and I will recommend Jeremy/Houk to my friends and neighbors.

Parwez Sharifi did an excellent job today on my HVAC system. Two major issues were resolved. Parwez did a professional job demonstrating his expertise. Would like his services anytime 👍👍

Jacob McNabb serviced our HVAC system at our home. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. Pointed out some concerns that we addressed, and replaced the filters. Gave me some pointers on my system as well. I highly recommend this company. It was also a pleasure dealing with the company making and rescheduling the visit.

Houk was our new build vendor and have been very reliable for our HVAC needs since 2023. Warranty & Maintenance service has been on point. Appointments are punctual - great communication etc. Highly recommend

From 4 companies that I received quotes, Houk gave me the best price for a Trane system. The install team arrived on time and completed the install in 1 day and upgraded my registers and fixed airflow balance issues from the previous install. I will use them again when my other system needs to be replaced.

My service experience with Chris Walker today was excellent. He took the time to explain everything and pointed out a mold issue inside the air handler and recommended I install an "Air Scrubber". I went with his recommendation and he was able to install the "Air Scrubber" in under 20mins. Thank you Chris!

My unit was damaged during a lightning event. Houk provided outstanding service, and the installation was perfect. The installers informed me of the whole process on the day they arrived. Highly recommend Chris Walker! After another company's technician failed to diagnose why my heat wasn't working, Chris stepped in and figured it out almost immediately. It turned out to be a wiring issue caused by a previous tech's mistake. Chris is a Level 3 technician, and his high level of knowledge and expertise was obvious from start to finish. If you want your AC unit in the best possible hands, ask for Chris!
