Hisham's quote blew all others out of the water. He also noticed some problems with drain trays and fixed that as well. The installation/repairs were done in January and, throughout this loooooong, hot summer we haven't had one problem.

Don't write a lot of reviews but Hisham Allan and his staff are outstanding. They will show you all the problems and walk you through any questions you may have. Very reasonable and will be our first and only call for anything in the future. Thank you.

Hisham is a true pleasure. July 3rd, 10:15pm... my AC goes out. After a bit of trouble shooting, i realize the capacitor has failed... again it was July 3rd in Texas. I've never met him, I've never spoken to him and helped me with something that he wouldn't make a dime on. This, in my opinion, is the definition of a great human being. I will be an advocate for him and his business from here on out.

They helped me out in the middle of 2022 summer. My 18 year old system was on it’s last leg. They managed to keep it going until we could get a replacement unit. They always keep you in the loop as to when they are going to arrive and sending quotes to keep you informed. I recommend them for your AC needs!

Bad business practices!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Home warranty company called them. Their tech went up in my attic to “inspect” the whole system. While up there, he slashed ducts and dented the main metal portion of A/C. Our only issue was the outside compressor. My husband found our waist had been done.

Home Warranty company wouldn’t even contact North Star. It’s companies like this and American Home Shield that make doing business a beating.

Great service, great equipment at a reasonable price. They were on time, very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. They showed me how to maintain the equipment, change the filter, and check for clog up line. They techs were very knowledgeable and super friendly.

North Star Heating and Air will have me as their lifetime customer for the quality of service they provided at a reasonable price.

No other HVAC provider came close to their price and their service.

This is the best service I’ve ever experienced! We will only use NorthStar Heating Air Conditioning! They are prompt and upfront. Everything was explained clearly and they were able to troubleshoot my issue quickly.

5 stars is not enough, we have used them for checkups, for emergencies, etc. North Star doesn't oversell, fixes what needs fixing. Fast and fair. What else do you want when it comes to your AC?

I called at 3:00 pm and Hisham said he could have someone to my house by 5 and my problem was fixed by 5:10! Honest and his prices were outstanding! Recommend them for sure!!!

North Star installed a complete system on Saturday. Hisham Allan designed a complete system for our 1967 home. We are so happy with this company, The crew was professional & our 5 ton Carrier unit was installed in a day. We had gotten 3 estimates & this company had the best price for what we needed. Thank you North Star!

The owner Hisham Allan came by to survey my a/c units. He noticed that my ducting wasn't working efficiently to cool my house in the summer. He re-routed my ducting as well as added additional return vents in my home and I got a great deal on a new unit. My home has never been so cool in the summer in the past 17 1/2 years and my electric bill has never been so low. My husband and I appreciate his honesty by providing us with knowledge and a much cooler comfortable home. He takes the time to explain to the common homeowner how to take care and maintain your unit. That little bit of advice..certainly makes us feel confident and reassures us that North Star was the company to choose.

Hisham's team was out to service my AC for summer. Jose caught the capacitor and was not giving enough electricity. Part replaced and out the door for $120. As always this team works with integrity. Great company, great leader and awesome honest techs.

We got bids from some other companies before we found North Star. Their bid was half the other bids and for the exact same equipment! North Star even did some additional things that the other companies were going to charge extra for. We were so pleased with their work and the most amazing part was that the owner came after the installation and checked out every piece of equipment. He really seems to care about his customer's satisfaction. We gave his info to some neighbors who have used him and they had the same wonderful and professional experience that we had. Awesome company!
