Northstar Heating and Air are heaven sent! I came home after being out of town to find my AC out, house was 99 degrees. Hisham A. came on Friday and restored my service and followed up Monday to ensure the problem was fixed. He explained every thing throughly and gave me the reassurance I needed. These are my Go To guys, they’ve earned my trust having serviced and maintained my HVAC for several years and it’s still running great! The team is always responsive, professional, and very thorough in explaining the problem, answering my questions, and suggesting preventative care and maintenance. Noticed the condensation pipe was dripping and called NS and they were out same day, within a couple of hours of the call. They cleaned out the primary and all is well again!

Hisham and crew always come and fix things right without any add ons. I’ve used them twice, once with my upstairs unit then 2nd with my downstairs. I haven’t needed them since, he did it right the first time. InHIGHLY recommend.

I saw a review about North Star Heating and Air Conditioning Services on Nextdoor, they came highly recommended. I initially did an online appointment and moments after that I got a phone call from the office admin/manager. She was very polite, she listened to my concerns, she scheduled me in right away. The owner of North Star Heating came out within the next 24/48 hours to check out my AC Unit, which I knew what the issue was because I previously had used EMS AC Repair company that First American Home warranty company sent out, EMS Technicians are all inexperience duds and they are a rip off!

North Star Heating AC is the Best! I highly recommend them, they are all professional, very knowledgeable and prices are competitive. The HVAC Technicians came in knowing exactly what to do, they did the AC repairs, checked to make sure the system was cooling properly before they left. They kept me informed of the repairs front the start and finish of job.
Thanks Northstar, I will be using them for any future repairs.

avoid avoid avoid avoid!!!! northstar plumbing scheduled an appointment in big bear with a week's notice and my husband drove hours up the mountain to meet them. they cancelled the appointment 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive. the man on the phone was rude, condescending, and basically told me to shove it--that they can "reschedule for another date."

if you want to use a company with a call center, horrible customer service, and no accountability - then use them. otherwise, go elsewhere.

Fantastic service and fair pricing. This is a company that really cares about solving people's problems, not just trying to squeeze profit out of them. Allen came out to service my HVAC when the heat wouldn't come on. He was thorough, honest, professional, friendly, and insisted on cleaning up a mess that wasn't even his fault. I told him that I like to do as much as I can myself, so once he figured out what the problem was he walked me through exactly how to fix it and then he helped me troubleshoot later in the evening via text message.
