I can't say enough great things about R&R. I had a poorly installed Geothermal system at my new house I moved into. They came in and gave me a full assessment to make some changes to may the system more efficient. RR installed the efficiency the new updates to my Geothermal system on 12/31. The next month my bill was 30% less. They did great work and are very responsive.

When my AC broke last night they were able to come out and fix it right away at my earliest convenience.
They responded fast and were so much more affordable than any of the other places I called.
Both the lady I scheduled the apointment with and the tech were extremely friendly, helpful and professional.
The repair and diagnostics took less than an hour and was very affordable!

We had AC problems on the fourth of July and called R & R. They replaced the starter capacitor and got the unit running that day. However, because our unit was original builder equipment and over 17 years old I asked for an estimate for a complete new system. They provided me a very reasonable cost to replace my system and installed the unit three days later.
Their installation team was professional, on time, respectful of my property and had the unit running be mid afternoon. They hauled away my old unit and cleaned up afterward. They communicate well and there were no surprises.
They are a small family owned business and take pride in their work and reputation.
I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Wanted a total new hvac system due to age of our current one (31 years old, condenser 15 years old) and knew we were running on borrowed time for the unit. Jeff came out gave us a thorough and quick estimate that was 5K less than a big name company. I gave them the go ahead and the next day they were out and completed the install by 5pm.
Very satisfied with the installation and the communication with everyone at R & R. Will continue to use them for all my A/C service needs.

Their technician Michael has always been very nice when he serviced our Trane a/c unit. He said we may request him personally which I will be doing again this season.

We had an AC issue and called Jimmy at R&R Air Conditioning, it was after hours and Jimmy took the call and scheduled a guy for first thing the next morning. Michael came out and discovered it was a quick fix, but took the time to perform a full diagnostics check on the entire system! Michael was great, didn't try to upsell me on anything, just ran some tests and said our system was in great shape and ready for the summer heat! I highly recommend R&R Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs.

R&R is always my first call for air conditioning! There was a hiccup but they made it right. Michael was my tech this time- he did a great job and communicated well.

Our unit stopped blowing cold air and R & R sent their service tech, Michael to check it out. Michael was the best. He was knowledgeable, thorough and let me video his explanation of repairs so that I could show my husband. I highly recommend Michael and R & R for all air conditioning needs.

We've never used R & R before, but with its recent change in ownership, I reached out directly to the new owner to address a problem with our heater in the frigid 20-degree weather. Jimmy called me to determine exactly the type of service we needed and booked us the first available appointment. When Jeff arrived, he was prompt, provided quick and courteous service, and explained the fix in detail in person as well as on the ticket. Our house was already warmer within the hour he left. We were happy with our experience with R & R and are happy to recommend them to family and friends!

R&R Air was extremely helpful in diagnosing an old system and getting a new system installed while moving. They put two crews on the installation to make sure we had AC that night. Michael and the whole team were extremely helpful and were very quick to make sure everything was running as it should! They will be my first call should I need someone again!

Late one summer night the house started feeling warm. Checking the AC it was blowing hot air. Calling R&R they had the service tech, Michael call me and let me know he would be here in about an hour. Michael arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem, made the repairs and was off to the next after hours call. I really appreciate someone who enjoys his job. He explained what was wrong, repaired the unit, smiling out in the heat. I have had my share of technicians who repaired the unit by trying to sell you a new one. I would definitely recommend R&R for a new unit or just a repair.

Michael explained everything to me from the very beginning to the end. He fixed the water leak coming from my inside ac unit which ended up being a stopped up line from the drip pan. They were quick and reasonable! Thank you for coming so quickly and fixing the problem.

From the moment I placed the call to R&R all the way through the completion of our new ac installation, I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge from team R&R Air. They answered all my questions—provided great recommendations and had excellent communication throughout the project.
