Was supposed to call me right back about a time to come by my house to look at a problem, left me hanging for 2 hours just to call back and say they couldn’t be there. I could have called someone else the whole time. Thanks for wasting my morning

Wayne with WDS is one of those classic country types who likes to hang up on a customer when they don't feel he's giving the service he promised when we initially spoke. Then, could you imagine? Suddenly his phone is off. If you value customer service, and don't want your house burned down by shoddy electric work, I'd go elsewhere.

WDS Electric rented equipment from me. Let their dogs destroy it. Then refused to pay the bill for the damages. I would NEVER use a company run by people who don't take care of others equipment. Red flag. Also, terrible communication from start to finish. They were so unprofessional we are having to take them to court.

Don't waste your time calling these scammers. A quick google search on the phone numbers listed on their site will tell you that these two losers start up companies, gets bad reviews, then start up another company. Rinse and repeat. They'll pretend to try and fix something. It won't get fixed and they'll still bill you the service charge. Then the nerve of these losers to hang up because "it's not worth the time". Called a different company and the issue was solved in an hour. Pathetic bottom feeders.

Those five star reviews are hella fake. Stay away from WDS Electric.

Cannot recommend KLT Electric enough, and will be sending my friends their way. I just wanted to take a minute to say how great KLT electric is. People always talk about the ‘Southlake markup’ but this company is so very honest and priced the right way. I have had several of their team come out to work on a variety of electrical issues in my home, their owner who I think is named Kenneth, is very responsive. Their workers greet you with a smile and are super engaging. Shout out to their staff member, Stephen, who came yesterday to work on issues and was super patient with my 5 year old son who wanted to tell him stories and show off his basketball skills. Great company, and you can tell they take pride in who they hire. Superb service from the top down.

I have used KLT E electric for several projects at my house. Everything about them has been excellent. Most recently KLT designed and installed lighting for my atrium. The project was designed by Ken and the work was done by Chris and Josh. All of them are extremely easy to work with and the resulting product is excellent. I highly recommend them.

Chris and Thomas were very professional and knowledgeable on our recent electrical work. They were super prompt in coming out and diagnosing the issue with our pool pump and even went as far as finding a hidden junction box that was hiding itself very well. We appreciate the attention to detail on the finished work and how they explained their plan in detail and executed with no issues. Jerry and Alfredo fixed our closet lights, (changed from fluorescent to led) and a bathroom vanity light that wasn’t working. They were on time and got the job done quickly!
