We have used Weber Pools for 7+ years and they have always provided timely service and honest input on repairs needed.

This owner is unresponsive and does not care about his customers. I have called him and texted him multiple time and he hasn’t responded to become a customer. I have reached out to previous reviewers and they also comment that he is unresponsive.

The address is a post office and doesn’t exist as a storefront in any way.

I suggest you find another purveyor.

My pool company subcontracted Kevin at Weber pools to do a reverse osmosis on my pool. He had some equipment failure that caused my pool to drain several feet of water and his hose leaked something on my concrete around the pool and it has permanently stained it. When this was brought to his attention by my pool company, he ghosted them. He took no accountability for the stain, the water that had to be replaced, or the incomplete job.

Keeps our pool crystal clear all year long. Great reliable service , always very friendly and always very professional.

By far the best pool service around. We’ve tried numerous company’s from large to small. Weber shows up every week when scheduled and provides the best service and most importantly the best customer service! They are always willing to help me understand what they are doing and why they are doing it. Their prices are the best around which makes it even better. If your looking for a reputable, educated , and affordable pool service Weber is that company!

Five Star Plus. We are a commercial HOA pool and Weber Pools has recovered it from a disastrous condition of the previous pool company. We had a severe black algae problem and we were always dealing with poor water quality. Now we get compliments on the cleanliness and water quality from all our homeowners that use the pool. Kevin at Weber has always been fantastic to work with. I used his company in the past when I managed HOAs and recently used him on our personal pool. He’s very professional, timely and performs great work. Highly recommend him to anyone!

Weber Pools has maintained my pool for 22 years, with efficient and reliable service so that it is always clean and everything is in top working order. Any issues they come immediately – I love that. Weber also remodeled my pool with new tile, coping, plaster, jets and modern lighting. Especially valuable to me was their design creativity that resulted in a striking yet elegant and tasteful upgrade. Weber also remodeled the pool decking and wood porch, for a one-stop integrated look that made the entire process easy and worthy of a magazine shoot.

Finally... an honest review!
This particular pool company has the worst cleaning service! I paid a premium weekly fee, but received very poor service for over 6 months! I sent numerous emails, texts, and left several phone messages of concern. All were unanswered until I sent a notice to discontinue service!
Took water sample to local pool store. Was explained that pool had constant algae growth due to lack of applied chemicals. However, Weber pool said it was from leafs falling into the pool. That statement proved that either; they don't know what they are doing, or they just collect a premium fee, and provide minimal service! They prey on homeowners that have no experience or knowledge of cleaning their own pool, or working their own pool equipment. Take the time to know how you pool system works, to avoid a potential service ripoff!

Disgusting company. Never used clean rags or mops. Had their people cleaning restrooms without gloves. They don't care for their own people's health and safety.

They made coming to fill out application so nice.good attitudes at the front desk very helpful
