Ohmygoodness! We ran into a pool heater problem.....we chose to call Safari Pools: BEST DECISION EVER! Not only did Andrew come out right away, but found the problem (a critter had chewed a part), fixed it and was even sweet to our crazy dogs during service. Holly in the office, and Andrew in the truck...great service!

Over-the-top experience from start to finish! Holly was amazing at addressing my concerns, understanding my needs, and getting my appointment scheduled quickly. Andrew walked me through the diagnostics and required repairs on my equipment in a clear, transparent way that was easy to understand. I honestly expected the cost to be much higher and was pleasantly surprised it was far less than anticipated. If you need anything "pool" related, I highly recommend this company—hands down. I’m officially a customer for life!

Great Service

Very unprofessional. Our complex has been working with this company, and they stopped maintaining the pool because they know our property is for sale. Our pool is no longer safe to swim in, and they are not responsive to our repair requests.
