i had my carpets cleaned in three rooms, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. when i called, leonard was really helpful and, unlike other carpet cleaning companies that clearly say online they won't move furniture, he said he would help move my couch and some other heavy things so the whole carpet could be cleaned underneath. he did a very detailed job, making sure the carpets looked fresh and spotless. leonard was friendly and easy to talk to the whole time. it's great to support a local grapevine small business, especially when the service is this good. i highly recommend their carpet cleaning—leonard really goes above and beyond.

This time, we decided to let them clean our home carpets, and I wish we had done it much sooner—the difference is incredible. I didn’t realize how much dirt had built up over the years, but after Leonard finished, the carpet looked almost brand new! Leonard uses top-notch equipment, including a special counter-rotating brush, and takes extra time to make sure everything is spotless. He also makes sure to protect our other floors while working. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work and wants the best results for his customers. We’re already planning to have him back soon to clean the bedroom carpets. We’re truly impressed with the job done and the price was very reasonable, especially for Texas where carpets can really gather dust. I can’t recommend their carpet cleaning service enough!

i recently had my new condo in Grapevine cleaned, and i couldn't be happier with the carpet cleaning service. the place had been a rental for a few years and definitely needed a deep clean. i was able to schedule an appointment before my furniture arrived, which was very convenient. leonard showed up right on time with his truck full of powerful carpet cleaning equipment. he took the time to explain the whole process, and i appreciated how he made sure the carpet didn't get too wet. leonard was very thorough and treated my belongings with care. the carpets look amazing now—like they're brand new! there’s no leftover chemical smell, just fresh and clean carpets. all the stains and spots are gone, and it feels fantastic to walk into my refreshed home.

Before the cleaning, I called to confirm my appointment and didn’t have the best experience with the phone representative, but later I received a thoughtful call from Theodore, who apologized for the earlier conversation. I really appreciated the follow-up and the care shown. Overall, I’m very happy with the service. The team was polite, worked efficiently, and made our carpets look so much better. I would definitely use them again for carpet cleaning, especially here in TX where the heat brings in extra dust and dirt. Highly recommend!

I've been using Paulo and his team for my pool for years. They are responsive, professional and do a great job taking care of my pool. I highly recommend this company.

Paulo came to my house to look at and discuss what needed to be done with my pool. It was looking dirty even though I had a pool company cleaning it. When Paulo showed up, he made me feel confident with everything he said. From the first time his company cleaned my pool, it started looking better and continues to get better. He has excellent customer service and I would recommend him and his company to anyone that needs their pool taken care off.

I hired Rio to service our pool, and while things started well, communication and consistency quickly declined. At the beginning, we agreed that service would be on the same day and time each week, and that I’d receive a text before arrival since I have three large dogs with access to the yard. Initially, this was followed, and there were no issues.

However, after a few weeks the technician entered my yard unannounced, which startled both my dogs and my husband. Despite having previously discussed this, no heads-up was given. Following that, the technician stopped coming, and the owner began servicing the pool instead. He informed us about a pump issue and quoted $800 to replace it; my husband was able to replace it the next day for half the cost. I notified Rio that the pump was fixed.

From then on, service was inconsistent. Instead of the agreed-upon day and time, I would receive texts only 15–20 minutes before arrival. While inconvenient, I adjusted since I worked from home. Then, one day I saw him arrive, sit in his truck for 20 minutes, and leave without cleaning the pool. I texted to ask what happened but received no reply for days. He eventually called while I was working, and rather than texting back, left the matter unresolved. During this time, my pool began turning green.

My husband finally spoke with him, and Rio said the filters needed replacement because they were shredded and the pool wouldn’t stay clean. That was never communicated during his visit, which could have prevented further issues. Another week passed, and when I finally sent him a photo asking if the filters I planned to purchase were correct, his response the next day was that he could no longer service our pool because he lost an employee.

In summary, service was unreliable, communication was poor, and important information was not shared in a timely manner. What began with clear expectations turned into inconsistent visits, lack of follow-through, and eventually no service at all.

I cannot recommend Rio for pool service.
