Our technicians name was Chris. He was on time extremely polite and very thorough with our service call. Explained upfront what he was going to be doing and what he would be looking at. He said he will be taking pictures throughout service call so we could see a before and after if necessary. You can tell that he end his job and the company that he works for. Customer service was spot on. I recommend using Elmer’s and hopefully you will get the same results.

Chris and Ethan showed up early in the morning. They said 9 and they were there at 9. Both of them were friendly and enthusiastic. They got along great with all our pets and they did extremely professional work. Friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything in a way I could easily understand great guys 5 stars.

Rigo came this afternoon for a maintenance check of our system. He pointed out system was at the limit of power draw, which makes sense since it's an old unit and made recommendations. He also checked the ducts in the attic as I was concerned about the other rooms in our home not cooking well. He found some leaks and I request a quote to have the whole system sealed. Overall he did a great job, was professional courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great experience!

Very thorough! I requested an inspection because while my air condition was working, it wasn't keeping up with my thermostat settings. Scottie took tons of pictures, explained all the options and the reasoning behind them, and followed up by emailing the info so I could refer back to it.

Scottie was friendly and professional. He easily diagnosed the issue with my furnace, obtained replacement parts, and performed the repairs quickly and efficiently.

Andrew did a great job servicing my units today, very happy with the visit.

Our furnace blower motor went out last Saturday. Called Houk on Monday and they couldn't come until Wednesday. So I called Elmer's and they came that afternoon. $2500.00 to replace on a 14 year old unit. Opted for a complete replacement of a/c and furnace. Clint was great. He gave us 4 options; we chose "The Cowboy." The price was excellent and Clint made sure the furnace would be replaced the next day. The following Tuesday, the new a/c was installed and the job completed. Erik and Alexander were very courteous, and and did a fantastic job. They took the time to get everything right, even going above and beyond, in our opinion. Thanks very much Clint, Erik and Alexander.
The icing on the cake is the 10 year service agreement that covers everything! Major KUDOS to Elmer's!!! We can't recommend them highly enough. We are customers for life. 🤠

Elmer's has provided service to my units for a couple of years now. My home is 20 yrs old. When service techs come out (I'm on an $11/mo membership maintenance plan) every 6 mos for unit check-ups they are always professional, competent, respectful of my home (wear booties) and review any findings/recommendations with images/video. They do not delivery a sales pitch or try upsale products, nor is there any pressure to purchase anything. I have been satisfied with their service & have had no issues.

Old AC died, had Elmers come out and review the situation. Offered me repair options and replacement. After review we decided to go with replace and got a fair deal on the cost and peace of mind with Elmer’s quality service. Carl and crew came and did the install and in just a few hours had everything done and purrrring. Very pleased with service and professionalism. I highly recommend Elmer’s to anyone.

Rigo did great job he done maintenance in my three AC unit and he took a pictures for all the problem I have and he was so helpful to explain everything he did step-by-step and he changed the filter and he checked the AC unit on the attic. He was so well mannered guy nice working with him definitely recommended and highly recommended.

Chris Grammer & Jason Shanks are the best! These technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We were given both repair and replacement options (true to Elmer’s word), and we never felt as if we were being pressured into making a purchase. We would gladly welcome Chris and Jason back into our home for all our ac needs!

Got a newer AC system around July and had excellent politeness with professional installation. Great service and reasonable price for new unit and we are enjoying the experience with comfort and reliability.

I just had Elmer's technician Scottie Baker do my HVAC system check and he was truly informative and thorough, educating me about my whole system well enough to the point where I signed up for their yearly service and want Scottie to be my tech guy all the time! He also taught me why my bedroom wasn't cooling off with two vents as it's the last one coming off the plenum. He said they make their plenums longer so all the air is efficiently distributed. How many AC guys would tell you that? Thanks Scottie and Elmer's!

Technicians are always so professional and efficient, and a timely report is always rendered after inspections which includes photos of any findings.
Andrew and Trent, specifically, spent extra time with me working out a strategic timeline which prioritized repairs relative to
urgency, and I definitely appreciated the consideration they gave to respecting my home, ie: not tracking in dirt, being cautious with landscaping while accessing the units, etc.
