Bryan from Elmers Service provided complete estimates with varying levels of service options- I appreciate the transparency of their analysis and follow through. I did accept the estimate and work was completed later that day by Jose’s team who came out to complete the agreed upon service all to my satisfaction- great job to you all!
I did require another issue to be addressed after the initial visit that was unrelated as my drain line became clogged and Bryan was able to come out that evening and complete the repair. Great customer service and response/ repair time.

After being without AC for 5 days and a horrible experience with my home owners insurance, my husband called Elmer’s to look at our unit and give us a quote on a new one. They were there promptly the next day and the technician was phenomenal. He took lots of pictures and explained every single thing that he saw so I could understand. He wasn’t pushy like most salesmen and he explained to me the dangers of the damage on my current unit. It was pretty obvious that my unit was beyond repair and it was time for a new one.

The engineer, Christopher, was out that night to inspect and review our options. Again, he was not pushy like most salesmen, but instead, he explained everything that was wrong with our 22 year old unit. He then went over what he felt were the best options specific to our house and our needs.

The next day the guys were here to install the new unit. Eluid, Omar, and Ryan were extremely efficient and worked as a team to get the job done. Eluid walked me through each part of the items installed and and then taught me how to use the new thermostat. They were very nice, professional, and informative.

Then later that day, two guys were out to the house to clean all of the air ducts.

I have to say that this was the absolute best crew we could have had to work on my house. Every single person I encountered was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, down to earth, and had my best interest in mind. I will definitely be recommending Elmer’s to anyone in need. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for your wonderful team!

Chris and Ethan have just finished repairs. They were quick, thorough, and polite. They didn't even lose their cool as they had to fight my motor blower out of the system. Once they turned the system on in less than 10 minutes my house had dropped 5°. Beyond impressed and grateful.

Scotty has been congenial and is knowledgeable about his profession . I appreciate him explaining answers to my questions and showing me photos of what he found and addressed. His level of integrity is outstanding and so appreciated.

Scottie took good care of us for the biannual systems check. He identified some potential issues that we had him resolve while he was here. Great guy, and super friendly! We are so glad we switched to Elmer's because of their people, fast service, and fair price!!

Praise the Lord we heard a commercial to call Elmer's when other companies say must get knew system. Yes, my ac is older, but has many great parts. Greatly appreciated Mike showing pics & explaining what really should be fixed, could be fixed, or bare minimum. Were able to get an appt quickly. Chris came out & did fantastic work, and kept me updated about the progress. An old part needed to be replaced which Chris replaced .During the time we were without ac,Elmer's graciously loaned us a portable ac unit. Days after ac was working, Chris returned to pick up that unit. While I thought he was merely listening to me tell of how amazed and grateful I am to Elmer's and Chris, he was actually also listening to the ac cycle. Loved that he reassured me our ac unit was working correctly and sounded just fine. Often people and/or companies squeak by, but not Chris or Elmer's! One of the very best calls I ever made was to them. Need help? Call them. You will get prompt, skilled, honest service.

Rigoberto was excellent, efficient and professional we felt very comfortable with him in our home! A company that hires people like him are definitely on their A Game I’m grateful that we purchased our new HVAC system from Elmers I highly recommend this company!

They were super nice and honest, and very quick to get it repaired. Derrick was very detailed and honest with what was happening and answered all my questions and Kim in customer service was VERY VERY sweet setting up my appointment

Trent and Rigo were awesome, very thorough and didn't pressure me to spend any additional money. Truly felt like their goal was simply to inform and offer whatever solutions I was comfortable with. Didn't feel pressured nor like I was getting taken for a ride. Highly recommend the Elmer's Service Plan, which is why they were out in the first place.

Scottie was awesome! He did a thorough investigation of my entire hvac unit and explained all of my units issues to me in great detail and provided solutions for everything! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a great ac company!!

Scottie B was absolutely amazing! New home owners on move in day with no thermostat working. He fixed the problem quickly and explained what happened easy for us to understand.

Scottie was very thorough as he inspected both inside and outside units, as well as the heater. He took videos and pics and explained them as he went through them. He even checked for natural gas leaks! (None found!😊)
He was courteous to me and respectful of my home, not wanting to get mud on the floors. Thank you, Elmer, for hiring competent people that are also personable! I called Elmer's to get a second opinion on a repair and I have a lot of confidence in his estimate!

Scottie was great. He was polite, pleasant, and professional. He worked thoroughly to isolate the cause of my problem and quickly corrected it. Throughout his work, he took time to keep me informed and educate me on the situation. Five stars, excellent work!

Okay, they’re the best of the best! First when John initially showed up he was so professional and caring! Very empathetic to our issues with our entire family being in a hot box. He made the effort to get us a portable AC so we wouldn’t suffer. He showed us all the options and wasn’t being a pushy sales guy but also I knew because he could also perform work to be done and not just a man with a clipboard. He made recommendations without saying we had one choice and it was going to kill us financially. He gave us the layout and was extremely specific and told us in ways we could understand. Allowed us to pick and choose specific to our household needs and wants. The very next day the crew came and did a fantastic job actually quicker than was designated. Not only this they did extra, they went above and beyond replacing both boxes, ensuring no damage to ducts via camera and adding an additional 4 inch filter along with new filter installation! Junior along with the entire crew ensured a more than perfect job! The warranty is great and not only are they ensuring that it works perfectly out the door but for years to come! So Junior actually came out on the next Sunday on his day off and purchased us the Google nest just for us he knew most people had the Google us no different and he took that extra all upon himself off the clock at no extra charge! All in all we will be using them permanently from here on out! Junior and John fantastic along with everyone and from initial call to out the door nice and cold!

Chris and Jay did a great job installing my new 2nd floor HVAC system during the extreme cold day yesterday. My second floor temperature was very manageable throughout the process. MyChris answered all of my questions about the resort and install. Pricing for a new HVAC system was very reasonable compared to previous quotes from other companies.

Chris Ajamian & Jesus Garcia came out and removed our old 4t Heatpump System and installed a new Lennox 15+ Seer System and did an EXCELLENT job - very professional and polite. Cleaned up after themselves an just did an outstanding job. Worked late into the evening on Saturday to wrap it up and have us up and running. Thanks Mike for employing outstanding technicians.

When it rains it pours but today the sunshine came out with Christopher and Jay that came and repaired the Plenum on my HVAC system. I was angry and furious and had no faith in the process, but these guys did it. They provided outstanding customer service and an outstanding customer experience repairing the Plenum better than the initial installation and I couldn’t be more proud. You can actually go to Elmer’s for all of your HVAC needs and feel confident that any work done on your HVAC will be done correctly, efficiently and at a reasonable price.

I contacted several companies to help me with my air conditioning. After several days of having various companies out, I remembered a commercial I heard on The Ticket… local sports station. I called Elmer’s and from the very beginning, these guys did more than all the other places combined. Chris came out first and stayed until after 9 pm. He would have stayed longer, but we told him to get some rest! Chris went above and beyond throughout the entire process. So much so, he was even checking on me after the install. Honestly Chris was our first impression and he instantly created an environment of trust.

After working on several issues, it was determined that we did, in fact need a unit. Jason came out and explained things and we worked with my budget.

Brayan and Eduardo were incredibly efficient and were able to diagnose and fix issues that have been unseen for years. They worked tirelessly and really took care and pride in their work. I feel like they treated us like this was their own home. After the inspector came out, Gabriel, they gladly came out and put in a required wire. (Gabriel the inspector gave me some helpful tips AND also was super helpful and friendly.) When I saw Brayan again for that appointment, he was smiling at my door and asked me how I liked my unit. He genuinely cared. That means a LOT to us. Everything was done in a day and it was super impressive.

We had the duct cleaning service as well. Also a great team. Elmer’s have GREAT workers and hire the best in my opinion! Everyone is super helpful and care about their job, as well as the job they are doing for you. They repainted some of my vents after removing AND cleaning them. We feel like we already are breathing easier.

Elmer’s was and IS amazing! I would recommend them to anyone needed air conditioning services. They do much more, and they will be my go to people concerning household issues. We are so happy with a working system for the first time in 3 years! We bought this house 4 years ago and honestly, I think inspectors missed the install on this BIG TIME. But thank goodness for ELMER’S! I am super happy with the install and the product itself! It is refreshing to have a company that still cares about customer service. Great job ELMER’S TEAM!

Scottie Baker did an excellent job drilling down to where the problem with my system was and was able to correct it quickly. He also thoroughly evaluated both of my systems and showed me that they are approaching the end of their life expectancy and made recommendations on replacements. He was highly competent, very personable and professional. Thanks Scottie.

Scottie was really fantastic to work with explained everything in detail and looked over the entire unit even after having found the issue to make certain everything else was up to par and running as it should so I wouldn’t have any further issues after he left. No pressure to automatically purchase a new unit like AlL have done in the past but instead showed me some upgrade accessories that would keep my unit running at top for as long as possible. I have found a new company for my A/C needs .
