I worked with Vadim from Appliances Fix and Care, and he did a wonderful job fixing my dryer. He handled everything with my home warranty company quickly and with complete professionalism, making the process smooth and stress-free. The repair was done fast and correctly, and Vadim went above and beyond by offering to reimburse me for the credit card fee my home warranty unexpectedly shifted responsibility to me at the last moment. It’s rare to find that level of care and integrity these days. I highly recommend Appliances Fix and Care - and Vadim in particular - for their honesty, efficiency, and outstanding customer service!

Andrey, the technician that serviced my stovetop, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient! I had lots of questions/concerns regarding the gas leakage on my stovetop. Andrey fixed the problem. He treated the surrounding areas with care. I highly recommend him!!!

Andrey was our service provider, he was prompt, identified the issue, ordered the part, completed the repair, dryer fixed.

Paid $129 to have my stand alone ice maker looked at. It wasn’t worth fixing so we had to buy a new one. Then paid $250 to have the new one installed (they were here for less than an hour). Price seems high to me. But they were nice and did a fine job.

Came out, evaluated the problem and told me what needed to be done, ordered the parts and returned to install the new parts. Excellent serv8ce
