My dryer vent hose was broken during the move and we were unable to use it. Steve was very responsive to come-n-give a quote and he was able to get it fixed in the same visit. It has been 3 weeks since he fix the dryer which is working fine with no issues. He did help to move and adjust the washer position to align with the dryer.

Thank you Steve for your prompt service. I had a bad ice maker that needed replacement. I texted Steve pictures of my fridge and ice maker model and he was over in a few hours with a replacement. We had Steve out for a leaking washer a month or two ago. He promptly came and was able to diagnose the problem as a broken part. He identified on the internet what we needed to order. When we got it my husband installed it as Steve decribed. We also had him clean the coils on our fridge which we have never done. The price was reasonable, Steve was knowledgable and pleasant to work with. You cannot go wrong using him.

I contacted this company twice within 3 days. Absolutely no response after getting a confirmation on both emails that someone would be in touch with me shortly. Going to one of their competitors for better service.

Steven was wonderful! Our dryer decided to stop heating and I was dreading having to possibly purchase a new dryer. As a last ditch effort I decided to see if there was someone who was reasonably priced could come take a look at it before I threw in the towel and a bunch of money on a new dryer. I came across August-Grind Appliance Repair and boy am I glad I did! Not only did he fix my dryer and save me a lot of money, he was also on time, professional, transparent, super fast, reasonably priced, cleaned up, knowledgeable, great customer service, and all around a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for repairs, great pricing and quality work!

Steven was quick to respond and straight forward in describing the issue. He came over same day to look at my leaky dishwasher and gave me an exact diagnosis with all my options. I'll be keeping him in my contacts for any future appliance repairs. Highly recommend!

Whew - what a relief! My wife said the washer died. I was expecting to wait for days and spend way more than I could afford. Steve came the same afternoon, fixed in less than an hour, and gave me some good tips on how to make it last longer. All for a price I can live with. I can recommend him for any appliance repair.

Almost instant reply-very knowledgeable about his business- contacted him Tuesday and within 2 hrs had all info ready w/quote - came (on time! Specified) and repair was completed within an hour or so ( had problems with fins in our dryer, he went and bought a dryer due to shipping new tub and special order being over a wk away)

This Guy does top notch excellent work, he is very affordable and dependable I called him on a Tuesday morning set an appointment with him for Wednesday morning and was here when he said, it took him less than 2 hours to fix my washer and Dryer. I totally recommend him on any small or large job on any appliances of mine or yours.
