Sergio serviced our work order quickly and was flexible with when he could arrive at our house. We had another hvac issue 2 weeks later and called Sergio again to fix the issue, he showed up quickly and diagnosed the issue. Nice guy and communicates expectations well. We will call him again for future hvac needs!

Sergio did a fantastic job serving my AC/Heater - it's never been serviced before and apparently something in the heater was turned up to high that could cause a potential CO2 leak, but Sergio caught that and was able to adjust. Super friendly and awesome heat contractor.

My ac broke but thankfully Sergio came by and did an amazing job got back up and running. He was extremely polite and went above and beyond a big thank you goes out to him for fixing it especially in this Texas heat.

He was respectful, helpful, friendly and detailed the exact issues while explaining what he did to fix them. Would 100% recommend his services again.

Sergio did an absolute outstanding job the moment he received the work order! He was promote and ready to diagnose the root cause. Once the root cause (blower motor failed) was identified it was but a 24 hour turn around before getting fixed. Sergio not only followed up with the management company on our behalf to ensure the order for repair was approved but also made sure to keep us updated throughout the entire process. After getting the go ahead, Sergio made his way immediately to us, right after finishing his previous job, to ensure we were givien the absolute best service.
