I first found Frank when he was a neighbor of mine in Watauga Texas. I decided to have him come mow my property front and back with edging. He did a superb job. I highly recommend Frank to any one out there!!

We used frankly lawns at our church and he did a great job! He cares so much about his business that he won’t let a blade of grass go uncut. He is extremely reliable and worth the work that he offers. I would highly recommended frankly lawns to anyone.

When I first called frankly lawns my front and back yard were looking rough. It was patchy, full of weeds and practically extinct! Frank came with a plan and even gave me an estimate on the spot. I now have a new lawn that I can be proud of thanks to frankly lawns!

Frank was amazing to deal with! We had a big dead spot of grass in our front yard, but it was no problem for him. He was kind and professional from beginning to end. His attention to detail stood out to me the most and his pricing was very fair. Will definitely be using again for any lawn care needs.

Several of my neighbors use this service and they have been pissing me off for years. They are loud running only gas machines, have arrived many times before 7am, and are destructive to neighboring properties.

** I have several cameras and have recordings of everything in this review. ** Also, this review is only after so many years…they have gone too far.

They have destroyed several of our sprinklers, chipped the paint on the back of our car, because for some reason they were driving up our driveway to get to the other property, left tire marks in our lawn, took chunks out of the lawn during wet days, left dirt all over our front sidewalk from those tires, and literally just left tree cuttings and garbage on our lawn.

We put it back on the neighbors property so that they can deal with this service. I’ve spoken to them in person before about the driveway, lawn damage, sprinklers and very expensive weed barrier they trashed with their riding lawnmower.

They have at least stopped driving up our driveway, but they still continue to cause harm. If I catch them on the camera driving up my driveway again, I will make a claim on the vehicle and other property damage. It will however begin with a police report.

The neighboring lawn is the size of a postage stamp, never grows any grass, yet they need a riding lawn mower?

Honestly, I would like to never see that white truck in our neighborhood, or deal with the avoidable damage they cause.

Rock around removed a massive tree and trimmed the rest. They were outstanding! They brought a chipper so no mess left behind. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience! Even though they couldn’t make it sooner than I wanted, I was kept informed and it all worked out very well. I’ll have them back in the spring to do more work!!

I had them cut a tree/large bush for my elderly mother... it was easy working with them. They were reasonably priced and did the job the next day.

Jacob did a fantastic job at a reason. ble price and went out of his way to accommodate us in a time sensitive situation. We needed to get our grounds cleaned up before putting our property up for sale and he provided options and got it all done the same day he came by to give us an estimate.
