Simple Services were the only company who responded to our request to clean our 25 year old standing seam galvalume roof with confidence and experience. Instead of dumping chemicals on our expensive roof and taking the short path, Andrew and his crew painstakingly scrubbed our roof with mild environmentally friendly detergent and restored our roof to the way it should look at 1/4 of its useful life. WEDNESDAY JANUARY 7, 2026:
I checked the reviews of this company, and they mainly pertained to carpet & driveway cleaning. I was astonished to see they were all 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I've given several reviews for restaurants, businesses, etc. and none of them had an overall combined perfect score review of 5 stars. There's always some issue, or someone who has a problem with something.
I had several questions for the person who came to perform the pest control service. There was only one question that he was not sure what the answer was. Why doesn't his company use the gel instead of the spray, or both? He said his name was Charlie. I'm not sure if he was Charles Perez, or someone else. But I do know that he was very courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, meticulous, thorough, and professional. He was very careful when spraying everywhere. Worthy of a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google review. The perfect score continues! 🤠
