This is the most professional and thorough service in DFW. It's important to properly service my grease trap since I don't want any fines from the city for bad service.

I've been using them since 2012 and have always enjoyed them.

One guy even puts a bead of caulk around the lid to keep the smell from leaking out of my old system.

I've been a long term customer (over a decade) and have always received excellent service. Due to one of my pumps going bad I had a small emergency Saturday evening and left a message at their office. I was not expecting a call back until Monday morning. Within an hour the owner gave me a call and walked me through a temporary solution. First thing Monday morning they coordinated with my plumber and had my trap pumped.

After doing some shopping for Greese Traps service, Called Yesterday and they offered service the next day. They are reasonable in price aspect. They told 9:30 am is the service timeslot, but when I came by 9:15 am, they have completed the service. We need to appreciate the owner of Trimble.
Mr Christin Logan is the technician and he is good and explained as the first timer into restaurant industry. Without second thought we schedule and use their services.
