The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because the people on the phone were polite otherwise I would go with 1 star. I scheduled an appt for a Wednesday, the only day I'm available. I scheduled this on the previous Friday, 5 days in advance. I got a call an hour before my appt saying that the tech called in sick. I understand that people get sick, that's not the problem, but not having a backup is bad business. I chose to not move forward with Berrett and will find somebody else which means I will most likely have to wait 12 days to deal with my carpenter ant infestation. Based on other reviews, I'm sure they provide good service but unfortunately, mine was not a good one.

Gared performed our annual HVAC system maintenance today. He was very professional and thorough. He explained his recommendations after he was done with his review. He answered all my questions. Thank you so much!

Robert did a great job identifying the multiple issues in our home needing repair and documenting all items. He did thorough reporting and made sure that pictures and videos were captured of the needed repairs. Thank you Robert for helping us!

Tiffany has great customer service and explained what all needed to be done and got Gared out here within 1 hour to help take care of my HVAC unit something another company could not fix it was my thermostat he installed a new one and gave me a estimate to do a duct cleaning. I highly recommend this company.

Jerod Martin was my technician today and his level of professionalism was top notch, his ability to come in and educate me and fix the issue in such a timely manner was amazing… I give him a 1000 out of 10. I will recommend him to my clients and family in the near future.

Tyler and Fred were great, they did quick work installing my new UV light in my system to help indoor air quality. The work looked neat and professional and the techs were personable and friendly. Will definitely use Berrett for all my HVAC and plumbing needs! Highly recommend!!!
