I had a contract for Berrett to come to my home and get rid of squirrels which to this day none found. Today the tech came out very friendly and placed a seal under the garage doors. Now the garage doors don't lock, and I called the company, and the stupid answer was the seal needs wear and tear. How am I supposed to leave my garage door unlocked until it wears and tear? Customer service is rude and dumb and Chris constantly talking over me. I have to finish this contract since they were good enough to take $2K from me but can't do the service correctly. She offered to come out next Wed, but I can't just have my garage door unlocked until then. I have to get another company out here tomorrow. I rate this company 1 star. Not worth it.

We have a rental property that is being takes care of by an awesome Tech named Patrick. He communicated and gets the job done. When I spoke with Karen today, she was able to get the appointment set and confirmed my tenant’s contact info. She was friendly and it was an easy process.

Mack went above and beyond when replacing my water heater! 100% would recommend Berrett HVAC and especially Mack!

Resubmitting review that mysteriously got deleted…. Company sent representative to inspect home for bed bugs that had no understanding of their treatment process. Handed out brochure that lacked any real detail for a $4k+ quote. To spray a chemical that takes maybe an hour to apply for maybe two or three future applications. That works out to over $1k an hour rate. Crazy!!! Other companies willing to put in effort to use heat, etc.

I had great experience before but after a year i have scheduled numerous pest appointments and they often dont come. It has happened about 5x for the last months because they wasnt treating my fire ants and missing days. I have made too many calls for status. . I had to cancel my services with them and went with HOME TEAM PEST and they accomodated me next day..

I don't understand why Berrett continues to call me about this. I've received 3 other calls about their plumbing & hvac & they continue to call. This time it was before 9am on a Saturday. The representative was just doing a job but ENOUGH with the sales calls Berrett.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from this pest control company. The technician was supposed to identify the source of the pest issue, but this was never properly assessed or resolved. The service provided did not fix the problem at all.
After multiple unanswered calls and no follow-up, I had no choice but to hire another pest control company. The second company identified and fixed the issue immediately, which confirmed that the original service was ineffective. When I contacted this company to request a refund due to the unresolved issue and lack of communication, I was told a refund could not be issued simply because spraying had already been done. My concern is not that spraying occurred—it is that no one properly diagnosed or solved the problem, and I received no support despite repeatedly reaching out. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and failure to resolve the issue are why I do not recommend this company.

Needed a big repair done on our main sewer line in the front yard. Everything Berret did was beyond satisfactory. The estimate they gave me even matched the final cost after repair, which I didn’t expect. They never tried to add any additional costs.
