John did a great job today serving my HVAC system! He was very thorough, took the time to explain system issues and possible future issues as well!

For a light switch that doesn’t work, without any debugging, the technician ask for $425. When I made the appointment, what I was told is I pay $30 for the technician to come and debug. Then, based on the issue, they gave a price. It turned out not the case. They will ask for a very high price and do not share any information. Totally disappointed and no transparency at all. I got another company to look at this, and it was fixed with less than $100.

Blair came early and went right to work. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend him. He made sure every think on HVAC visit was working.

He took time to show me how to program the system and even provided his cell phone number in case I had any questions. I haven’t had heat since Friday night and it’s currently Tuesday, which is my fault because I didn’t call until Monday, Justyn from Milestone came out did all the necessary checks explained what was wrong, fixed the problem, and showed me how to set my thermostat to emergency heat. He also answered all my questions perfectly and explained everything that I needed.
But overall, I will only call Milestone, they’re so professional, they get the job done and done well.

Some lightbulbs needed tightened and or replaced using a ladder which my doctor forbids me to do because of osteoporosis and I don't want a fall to happen. Very glad Ignacio Rolando was so helpful to also replace a ceiling florescent lightbulb in the pantry and another ceiling fan lightbulb near the other areas. I'm so grateful for it's safer now with proper lighting to avoid tripping over an unseen object in a dark area of the mancave .
So glad to have help at a reasonable monthly price and so I don't have to risk a fall. He also advised me on the kitchen outlets which are synchronized together with certain outlets which I wasn't aware of. So I learned something today and received the necessary information about it as well as saving me from the risk of a possible fall.
Thank you so much for making my home more secure with proper lighting and everything is working better now. May the Lord's blessings be upon you as you are helping people stay safe with proper lighting throughout the house.

We had a clog in line and they came out same day. We initially contacted OneGuard home warranty but they sent a 2 star rating plumber. Called Milestone, The tech was great. He took his time. I could tell he genuinely wanted to get us taken care of. First time we called them. So glad we did.

Travon came out for our semi-annual check and found poor air quality and bacteria! Having someone in our household with lung issues I was thankful he found it, cleaned it, and set up a light to prevent it. Travon was great at explaining everything and showing me pictures so I didn’t have to go up into the attic! Highly recommend Milestone and Travon!

Milestone always delivers top service. We had an electric issue with our fridge being on the same circuit as several other appliances and it kept overloading. The tech explained exactly how to fix it and they had a crew out to our place the same day! They were all super efficient and put in a dedicated circuit just for our fridge in under an hour! Highly recommend if you want excellent, reliable, professional service.

Mario performed my annual heater checkup and did an outstanding job. He was professional, efficient & explained everything in "layman's" terms. He even swept up my attic (I'd recently had a new roof put on) and this attic is not easy to access! I really appreciate his thoroughness and attention to detail - will definitely ask for him next time!
