This company always provides excellent service. They are quick & efficient, never leave a mess, and always courteous. They have worked on various issues around my home the last three years, and I’m always impressed with the work they do.

They wanted $320 to snake an a.c. drain on a Sunday. Most of their competitors want about $200-250. On google it says theyre open 24 hours, but know youre going to pay way more than average to use them after hours. Call around for quotes before using these guys.

Stellar service. "Plumber" supplied by home wty company walked out saying "I can"t clear your clog. I cant fix it, but for $300 I can...". Not so with Chris from Lasiter. Polite, friendly, can do attitude. So pleased. Thank you!! :-)

Horrible customer service! Had a scheduled appointment on Friday- they stated that didn’t have me on the schedule, rescheduled me for today. Now, calls and gives all sorts of excuses. They couldnt ever figure out the issue, only reason why I decided to call them again is because they were the original company that installed everything when I built my house . Be careful when using them!

Called and L&L responded on a Sat afternoon in an hour to repair a sewer break that two other plumbers found infinite number of reasons why they were not be able to address the problem. In less than 2 hrs later sewer break repaired correctly and mess was gone.... Migel was one time willing to engage, located break in sewer line, dug it out and repaired break in line and solved the problem...

Chaz and Mike did a good job installing a water line for an ice maker. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I would rate them better, but they did leave a big hole in the Sheetrock behind the fridge. I think they should have covered the hole with a vent plate or something to make it look professional.

They’re booked solid for months so don’t expect quick service. But, I know the owner and he and his team are some of the finest people in the plumbing industry. Our company did his personal roof and he’s always great and fair to deal with.

Needed someone to come check out a toilet that wasn't flushing properly and a sink that was having draining issues. They charged $350 for the visit because it was after hours. My issues are that they did not look at the sink -my tenant was the only one home at the time and realized after the guy had left that he didn't look at it - she called them back and they said they would have to charge for another visit - despite the fact that the guy had only spent 25 minutes at my home and the rate was hourly. He also did not want to accept the coupon that is on their website because it wasn't printed. Lastly, when called about the guy returning to look at the sink Gary was argumentative and rude. I do not recommend them.

We had an emergency plumbing issue and Lasiter was able to work us in. Chaz was our plumber and he did a great job on the repair. Fast, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!

I wanted to take a moment to compliment one of your employees. Juan (unfortunately I didn't catch his last name) was a true lifesaver last night in the Canyon Falls neighborhood in Argyle! My family and I moved into our new house yesterday, and around 8pm began smelling gas. Juan came immediately, even though it was getting late in the evening, and stayed until 10:30pm testing multiple things and working diligently to make sure we were safe. He even came back this morning to check on us! You have a stellar employee there. Please thank him for us.

Plumbing disaster on a Saturday afternoon...every one else said "next week" except these guys ....we got "functional " by 8pm Saturday evening...
By Wednesday we got FIXED...50 years of tree roots and sludge out of the way. Three guys in total....absolutely perfect customer service...polite...knowledgeable....attentive...

We are "out of market" geographically for the business ...but for as long as they will have us ....I will call them first!!

We have used this company for many years. Have always been happy with their service. When our hot water heater sprung a leak they came out the same day to make a temporary repair so we still had hot water until we could schedule a full replacement.

Very professional and honest company. Craig did a wonderful job explaining the problem and the work that needed to be done to solve the problem. He was kind and patient with my boys (3 and 7). He answered their questions and let him learn about what he was doing and why he was doing it. They LOVED him, and now want to be plumbers themselves when they grow up! :)

Long time customers of Lasiter. Had our annual Loyalty Walk today with a new technician/plumber Michael. Like our long time service coordinator Gary, Michael was really great...prompt..courteous..thorough. Helped locate and repair some trouble spots before they could cause real problems.

Had a new Kitchen Faucet Replaced on 12/08/2016, I am a satisfied customer. Chaz was polite and very professional. He did a great job and left the work area looking very clean. This kind of service is almost unheard of, I will call Lasister & Lasiter for all my plumbing needs.
