Great service! I had a kitchen sink leaking down into my backyard. Called them to get someone out here asap and not only did the technician Connor come out within 30 minutes but Eric the master plumber was able to come the same day and get the job done. No more leaks! Will recommend and always use them for any plumbing issues. Thanks guys!

I have used Hard Times Plumbing three times now and I have no complaints. They have always arrived on time and their pricing is fair. Eric even gave me a small break on the price this last time because I had just had them work on something else about two weeks ago. My old house and its aging plumbing system is making me a frequent customer! I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to plumbing, so I appreciate that Eric always explains the details of the problem found, and how he went about fixing it. He's always professional and extremely knowledgeable. My water heater is due for replacement in the not-too-distant future, and I will, without a doubt, call Hard Times Plumbing to handle it, and any other plumbing issue, for that matter.

On a Sunday, in the rain, without power, both toilets backed up! I called Eric, the owner and he had someone out in less than an hour! Jay fixed us right up! So thankful for a reliable, honest, trustworthy and affordable company! ❤️

Eric and Eric showed up same day for a delivery line leak that I had already attempted to fix. After a quick parts run after trying an unsuccessful quick fix, Eric had fixed the leak within 20 mins. Not only was I impressed with the quick service the repair was done the correct way that he and I believe won't leak again. Their professional knowledge and hard work guarantees my first call for future plumbing issues.

So pleased with the service all around. Lance came out and helped us with our clogged up sink along with other issues we've been having with our washer and toilets. He kept me informed and did a great job and price was reasonable.

Eric and Lance were punctual. Respectful of the property. Resolved my issue within minutes and even inspected other bathrooms to make sure that I had no other issues. Will definitely use them again.

Had Lance come by today for our clogged sink and he was on time very polite and took care of business. This place was fantastic. Lance kept us informed on what was happening and when he was completed cleaned everything up and I would highly recommend him and his company anytime.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews but was just absolutely blown away by Bob's service at Hard Times Plumbing. He was extremely informative and went straight to work. He had no problem answering questions while working and explained any concerns he had while working on our sewage pipes. I spoke with the owner last night about an emergency situation and he was extremely honest and helpful. They didn't push unneeded services and just all around helpful.

Robert did an outstanding job upgrading our 2 Bowl Sink to a new Single Bowl Sink! Looks great and came out same day and took less than 2 hours! Tammy helped us schedule everything over the phone in less than five minutes as well! Definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for awesome plumbing services!

Jay did a great job and was extremely easy to work with. Real personable and respected the asks we had when he arrived. Did a thorough job and took photos of everything he was seeing and or repairing underneath our house so that we could see what he was seeing. He let me know moving forward if we ever have any issues with our plumbing that we can come to him. Would and will definitely work with Jay and Hardtimes Plumbing again for any plumbing issues we have.

We have been loyal customers for as long as we can remember. Eric has always looked out for us and more recently Lance has been taking care of us. These guys are our go-to for all our plumbing needs, can’t recommend them high enough.

I have used this company for the last 2 months and they had been great in responding to what I need. My first service was to repair some plumbing to my shower. They send out Robert to help me out and he was nice enough to stay till the job was done. He even went out to get the parts that was missing and came back to finish it. Than just the other day my water heater went out, and again they were responsive and came out the next day and got me put in a new water heater. This company is fair on price and they get it done the same day they come out to finish the job. If you call in ask for Robert to come out to help you out.

Lance came out and fixed my sink super quick. Him and his co worker were very diligent and knowledgeable. Definitely will use this company again if I have any more plumbing issues!

Outstanding job. Very pleased with the installation of the new water heater. The crew did a great job. They were able to get the job scheduled for me very quickly. Once here, the crew took their time to explain the process & make sure it was right. They hauled everything out and left the area clean as could be. Highly recommend!

My gas oven needed a new valve at the gas line behind it. Technician Jerry replaced it quickly; he was very friendly and professional. I will keep this company for future services!

We’ve used them before and they did a great job! Today they had to come out to install a new water heater. Only took them a few hours and they had it done the day I requested it. Their prices are great! The water heater was half the price than what was previously quoted from a competitor. They will always have my business (hopefully not often though)

Leak was under house spraying up into interior wall. Bob came out and had to crawl under house to fix the leak. I also had a section of 4 in cast iron pipe in same wall that had collapsed: very slow draining, so he cut out large T section and replaced. OMG Everything works better

Called for a service Jay came earlier than expected on Christmas Eve even , preformed a different service (obviously I didn’t know exactly what I needed) at a cheaper price , took care of my stoppage, talked me through the whole thing , and made plans to follow up after the new year to keep it from happening again. Professional and friendly will definitely use them again and refer to any who ask

They were very understanding about the problems we were dealing with and came on very short notice. They arrived timely and fixed our problems efficiently and professionally.

He was very professional, knowledgeable, nice/friendly and honest. He worked very hard, made the correct repair, and it was reasonable in cost. Everything was cleaned up perfectly afterwards. Also, he came out right away when called. Definitely recommend!
