The plumber came out on time and was professional and courteous. Average price for the work done, but I know you get what you pay for, so I'd definitely recommend them.

Eric! The owner of this hard times plumbing giving bad attitude when I asked him what time will his technician will be out there. He said his is a small company and they do not give specific time. But I'm sorry as small company you need to be better in every way so you can get new customer so you can beat big company.

Very responsive, I like to use someone local and they did a very good job. Appreciate the honesty and job done.

Super excited to have found a good plumbing company. Robert was Very nice and fast. Didn't make a mess and got the job done. Will be calling them in the future but hopefully not anytime soon . Thank you guys so much!

Used Hard Times Plumbing services several times for our church, my parents house and my personal home. All work was done with thoroughness and quality. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I called out ARS for a busted pipe before hearing of Hard Times, and was told that the repair would also involve several other fixes at the same time. I called out Eric with Hard Times, who not only quoted all of that same work for a much lower price, but also told me that only the small pipe repair was actually needed. They were on time, quick to complete their work, and friendly guys. Thank you so much!

Had a issue with a leaking shutoff valve. Answered the phone quickly and a rep came out first thing in the morning and fixed it quickly. I had a quote from another general big name plumber trying to do a lot of unnecessary work for 8x what I was charged here! Calling HTP first next time.

My old house revels in offering up the worst-case scenario to repair people. After three visits, Bob prevailed and I am able to wash my clothes again! He was professional and so kind. It was a frustrating job, but he never expressed that. Bob and Hard Times will now be my go-to plumbers!

Eric and his crew go above and beyond the call of duty in this line of business. His 25 plus years of experience shined full from phone cal to the end of the job, on a Sunday night no less!
Sure, you might pay a little more for a Sunday evening emergency call, but it was money well spent.
The job was diagnosed as a sewer drain pipe clean that was clogged. When they arrived, they were all business and got the job done fast and we were most pleased!

This company has been a life line for our old home. They have taught us so much about living with old pipes and when we had finally had enough of the sod clogs in our home they assessed and gave us a realistic plan on what needed to be replaced now and what we could try to wait to replace. Definitely the only company we trust. First plumbing company we had come out (before hard times plumbing) wanted to do a 20 thousand dollar repair and nothing less.

These guys are great! The work was top notch and they are easy to work with. No one likes a plumbing issue or emergency, but these guys did a great job of explaining everything that they needed to do. They are now saved in my phone and I'll be calling them again in a few weeks to work on an issue at a business location.

Rick was professional and went above and beyond to fix our plumbing problems. I was lucky to find a plumber at 9 PM on a Monday night and Rick stayed until midnight and he fixed our problem. He suggested a more permanent solution and we hope to get this done ASAP. Pricing is fair and quality is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

Hard Times Plumbing saved us thousands of dollars. We had a clog that a different plumber could not clear - that plumber claimed we had a collapsed line that would cost $5k-$8k to fix. We called Hard Times Plumbing to give us a quote on fixing the collapsed line, but they made sure to check that it was a clog first. They cleared the clog and saved us thousands of dollars with their honesty and hard work.

Jay and Chris were professional and a pleasure to work with. And because Jay and Chris did such a good job for me, Hard Times Plumbing will be my first call for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.
