We were very pleased with the work done by Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing! Wanted to use someone local and we have found our go to company. Treated my wife with respect, communicated well and charged a fair price.

We just moved into a new house and the freestandidng tub in our master bath was not installed properly and we were experiencing problems. Called Lasiter Plumbing and Lewis and Justin came out and very quickly fixed the problem. They were very professional and careful and made sure everything was working properly before they left. We were very pleased with their service.

I had a burst tankless water heater after the recent snow storms. Mr. Lassiter was so responsive and kept me up to date regarding the status of my water heater. The pricing was very fair and the crew was very nice. Thank you for restoring my hot water!

I’ve been using Lasiter and Lasiter for several years. They don’t charge the initial service call fee for an evaluation like so many companies do. Every plumber that has come out has been excellent. They evaluate the situation and we talk through it - they never talk down to me, and are always professional and polite. I won’t use anyone else.

I called because I had a clogged up pipe that was over flowing into my shower and tub. They came out within an hour. Juan was our plumber and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them. He fixed my problem and the prices were very fair. I will definitely use them in the future if I have other plumbing needs.

With a plumber, most of the time you're at their mercy and hope they're telling you the truth. Lasiter does the best work at a fair price. They didn't try to upsell or mis-diagnose our issue to work in their favor. We needed our tankless water heater replaced, along with fixing some of the gas piping. They coordinated everything, including setting appointments with gas company and city inspector, ordering the appropriate equipment, and all-day installation. They are miracle workers because not only were they able to do the installation, they were able to fix the previous issues and get everything -- including all inspections -- complete in one day. A huge thank you to Gary, who was in constant contact with me throughout the process, from initial inspection to post-install follow up. Gary was extremely helpful and a wealth of information. I've used Lasiter once before to do a simple kitchen sink faucet install and was happy with their work. There was no doubt I'd use them again for this larger water heater repair and no doubt that I'll use them again in the future if I ever need a plumber.

My original hot water heater that was installed when my house was built over 13 years ago started leaking. It was installed in our house by Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing. I called a Plumber that I had used over the past couple of years for small fixes around the house to come by and stop the leak and replace my hot water heater. I reached out to Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing after realizing they were the original Plumbers when my house was built and spoke with Gary who was very knowledgeable and very helpful by answering my questions even though I did not use them to replace my hot water heater. The plumbing company that I used did not pull a permit or have an inspection done after the work was completed. Gary informed me that was a State Law and requirement by the state of Texas and should have been included in my upfront estimate. I have since made the plumbing company that I used pull the Permit and have the Inspection done. I really appreciate Gary's time and sharing of knowledge even when I did not use them for the repair. This shows what an upstanding and respectful Company Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing is and the type of people they employ. Will definitely use Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing in the future. Thank you Gary for taking the time on several occasions to speak with me regarding my Plumbing situation.

I am very impressed with the overall professionalism of Lasiter plumbing. Form the time we scheduled, they were clear about the time when and who will come. Plumber came exactly within those 2 hour window and called me 20 minuets before the actual time. He was pleasent, knew exactly where the problem would be. He was in and out less than 30 minuets after fixing my kitchen faucet. I will strongly recommend these guys.

Just had Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing out to determine if my worst case fear of a busted cast iron pipe under our house was indeed true. Lewis came out at the time promised and ran a snake down the pipe and a camera as I had requested. Turns out no breaks and he got our immediate issue of the backed-up pipe fixed. He advised me on ways to "be gentle with the pipe" going forward and didn't want to rush into any big and expensive undertakings with it. He advised what the next small step we could take if we wanted. He was no pressure, honest and sincere. I really appreciated that. The price was very fair as well. I've paid a lot more for a lot less with other plumbers. I'm super happy! Thanks!

A big thanks to Craig for his extensive knowledge and experience in addressing all of our plumbing concerns last week. We needed replacing of the garbage disposal and exterior faucet, tankless water heater flush, and checking the a/c drip line. Craig also discover ed a leak in the kitchen faucet hose which I never would have found. He was very efficient and explained things that would be helpful in the future. He is a great asset to the company. We have used Lasiter for years when we lived in Grapevine. We have such great trust in their work that we continue to call them even though we moved further away to Flower Mound.

I hired Lasiter & Lasiter Plumbing for my plumbing needs when I moved into my salon. They really went the extra mile to accommodated my scheduling needs for the move-in. They were also able to box-in the exposed pipes for me to make it look nice. Friendly, and professional at a great price. I highly recommend them, and I will be using them again for my next plumbing needs.

My husband and I have used Lasiter Plumbing ever since we moved to Fort Worth in mid 2014. My husband is quite ill, and Gary (dispatcher at Lasiter) has gone out of his way to help us. He helped us determine what fixtures we needed in our bathroom, and they have helped immensely. Today we had Lasiter come (Miguel) and learned that we needed a new kitchen faucet. The installation would normally require another appointment. Because we are in the midst of complicated medical treatment with only 24-hour appointment notice from day to day, it's impossible for us to schedule anything else right now, so Gary moved heaven and earth to allow Miguel to come back the same day to install the faucet! What other company would do that? NONE!!! We have had Lasiter do at least five jobs for us already. Every single person they have sent has been wonderful. Miguel, today, was such a skilled gentleman. He did a perfect job and left the kitchen spotless. We thank Miguel, Gary, all the Lasiter workers we have had, and the Lasiter family for providing such marvelous, high-quality service.

I've been using Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing for the last 10-15 years and I'm convinced they are the best. They are always professional, neat, knowledgeable, hard workers and leave everything better than they found it. They have fair prices too. They are all so friendly and nice on top of all that and you just feel better being around them. I know they are a Christian company led by David Lasiter, and know that if it starts at the top, it goes all the way down. Most recently I had a gas leak and James, one of the managers and 3 other guys came to fix it. I was so pleased with the work and with each of them - they are just happy people who work very hard to do a good job. When I have actually plumbing issues, I usually ask for Lewis because he does such an outstanding job and is so professional, neat, and nice. Gary, the dispatcher is like a friend - so nice and does a great job keeping me informed. Love this company and all their people.

From the first phone call with the customer service team to the repeated check up calls keeping me in the loop and finally the service call, Lasiter and Lasiter is a truly professional and compassionate company. Craig and team (4 in total) that showed up to perform the fix were outstanding. I thought I had one pipe break and it turned out I had three. I was fixed up in under 2.5 hours. The service was outstanding, and I'm very satisfied with the fixes. I have a plumbing company for life. Thank you!!!! I just wish our power production and grid was as dependable in Texas.

1st and last time customer. Arrived 3 hours late. Lots of excuses as to why he could not complete the job. Service manager lost his cool and hung up on me yelling "I'm pulling my guy off the job immediately". I called the owner and he was helpful in closing things out. Plumber Nick quoted me $485 for a dishwasher install that he could not complete. I had Lowe's come the next day and install it for $285 and they said that Lasiter misunderstood the Bosch dishwasher features (the legs) which is why Lasiter was unable to install it.

My custom home builder talked me out of tankless water heaters and for 18 moths I have been unhappy. I contacted Lasiter plumbing to install tankless, it’s been 2 weeks and I couldn’t be happier with the quote, installation and performance of the new water heaters. The owner reached out to me today to check on my satisfaction. A+ 5 star. You won’t regret using Lasiter Plumbing.

Great service on a Saturday to solve a water leak! Service rep did an excellent job and explained what needed to be done and why.
Price was very reasonable and, most importantly, we know the work was done right. I highly recommend this company if you need plumbing work done.

Nick, the service manager, came out to give us an estimate and help with some small plumbing issues we had. He did an excellent job and was so friendly and kind. We have used Lasiter for 6 years now and have never been disappointed. They are very fair in price as well. Would definitely recommend them!

I had a disappointing experience with this company. A technician came to my home and provided an estimate for the work needed. I took notes on my phone during the visit and even sent myself a text with the pricing discussed. The technician saw me writing everything down and confirmed the numbers at the time.

I let them know I was getting a few additional quotes and would follow up the following week. When I decided to move forward with them and called to schedule the work, I was told the price had increased by several hundred dollars.

I sent them the text message outlining the agreed-upon amount, but they did not honor the original quote.

Pricing changes happen, but integrity matters. Even if I end up paying more elsewhere, I prefer to work with a company that stands by its word. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
