We have used Road Runner plumbing for over 15 years. They have done everything from installing every new toilet we have, repaired frozen pipe problems, installed gas lines, tankless water heaters, we once had an emergency on Super Bowl Sunday and they were there within 30 minutes. Nice to have a company that you know you can call to get the job done right and not worry about paying too much!

This is the first time I used Jimmy the owner of Road Runner, I will be a permanent customer. I had an emergency plumbing issue at a rent house on a Friday late afternoon on a holiday weekend. He showed up when he said he would, fixed all the issues and did not over charge me. I feel he is a very fair and honest man; he will be the only one I call in the future

Very good workmanship & quality materials, great follow up, however they were more expensive than the other plumbers I've used recently. I would recommend giving them a call.

Technician asked to enter my home. When I asked why, he said he needed to see the thermostat. All he did was turn off my unit. There was no need for him to enter my home.
He was there to complete a free service. He said my heat exchange was cracked and my air ducts were too small. My unit has worked just fine for the last 21 years. I asked for an estimate to repair the heat exchange. He told me that it was no longer under warranty. I asked again if it could be fixed. He said the warranty expired in 2009. I said I am not asking about a warranty can you fix it. He then said it would have to replaced. He wasn't listening. I asked how much. He said $8k. Then he asked me to sign a waiver releasing Milestone of any liability because carbon monoxide could blow into my home. I refused to sign before reading. He he would notate that I refused to sign.
He abruptly left. He did ask me to turn my unit to make sure it worked. He didn't close the access to my attic. No thank you for choosing Milestone. He had an attitude.

We had our circuit breaker box replaced, new circuit breakers installed & aluminum wire replaced with copper and our home brought up to code. We showed them around and answered questions then left for the week. When we came back everything was done and in good working order. We are happy with the service.
