Poor service and workmanship! Will never use again or recommend. I got the photos and videos as proof.

About three years ago I purchased my whole home HVAC systems & I had three years of great air conditioning. Naturally, things happen and this year one of units had a fault of some type. Between February 4th-February 13th of this year I repeatedly tried to reengage this company about having a tech come to inspect my five-figure investment. The reason why I originally did business with this company is I vividly remember how involved the owner was and that was the man I wanted to do business with. Now, I’m no better off when I started— buyer beware— this is a “wam, bam, thank you, ma’am” kind of company. All sales— no service.

The “office”number is a cell phone when I needed service they almost ignored me 100 percent I still haven’t gotten the part replaced and these people are horrible they will only answer new customers and are nice when selling after that don’t expect anything from them at all
