Ismael and his team did an amazing job. I reached out to a few companies in the San Antonio area and no one was able to come close to the quote I got from WW. Ismael was able to walk me through the installation process and explain how the various rebates available to me.
I needed my entire system replaced and at no time did I feel pressured to purchase a more expensive system or did they try to upsell me.
I would recommend to anyone.

Checked around for prices by far the best in the valley great people very knowledgeable and cool technicians got in got the job done very satisfied. Will definitely be calling them back for routine maintenance or any other work I might have. Give them a call you will not regret it

Great company to work with. Cecil sent his technician over the same day that I called. Very professional workmanship. Cecil was very fair on his prices. Had us up and running with a brand new unit the very next day. His prices for a new unit were less than his competitors prices for a repair on our old unit. I would recommend this company to everyone and will be using them again in the future.

Wallace AC did an amazing job. From the quote to the day they started it all moved pretty fast. Their staff was amazing as well and cleaned up after it was all done. I highly recommend them.

My experience with WW air specialist was the best! I got a quote really quick. They came from San Antonio to east Texas to install a new AC unit. Angel was amazing and very nice. I am 6 hours away from the home that was being worked on and Ismael stayed in touch with me each step of the way. I can't thank them enough. Best experience!

After Choice Home Warranty left me high and dry by denying my AC repair claim, I found myself unexpectedly needing to put in a new HVAC system for my home. I shopped around and found that WW Air Specialists gave me a great deal and got me financing as well. I agreed to the p purchase on a Wednesday afternoon and the job was scheduled for the next morning. The tech arrived exactly at the time expected and started work right away in removing my 18 year old system. Two other techs from the company arrived a couple of hours later bringing the new unit. All three techs worked the entire afternoon. Their workmanship, knowledge of the product and their desire to keep me happy could not be higher. Unfortunately, the first unit installed had a manufacturing defect causing them to have to replace the outside unit (no fault of their own). When the part was not available locally, they sent one of their techs to Corpus Christi to pick it up. By the next afternoon, the unit was working perfectly! At no time did I ever feel that the employees of this company were in any way backing away from the problem. I actually think they were more upset over the installation issue than I was! Bottom line, the folks at this company seem to go above and beyond to help their customers. I highly recommend them for your home AC and heating needs.
