Just wanted to say how happy we are with Snyder AC and their service tech, Jesse. Very professional and knowledgeable young man. Showed up on time, found the problem, and repaired our heating unit quickly. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend their services.

They did an amazing job. Very professional from the first phone call to finish. I called them at closing time to see if they could send someone out the next day, no problem. Jesse showed up the next day, as scheduled, and was great. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. 100% I would use them again. Snyder Air has once again raised the bar for service!!!! I called Wednesday and had a Friday appt, the tech came early, was very professional and explained everything including their upfront pricing and membership info. If you need a great company for your AC and heating needs, call Snyder Air Conditioning. Hats off to Joseph for being awesome!!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Today on May 14, 2025, we had Joseph come out to do some annual maintenance on our AC system. In my opinion, he was pretty negative throughout the visit, and he was trying far too hard to have us enter into a long-term service agreement for our system, which seems completely unnecessary. Then about eight hours after he left, our AC system shut down, which certainly seemed directly related to the service Joseph performed earlier the same day. We don't expect the problems to occur immediately after the system is serviced. It sort of makes me wonder what he was doing while here. We've used Snyder a bunch of times in the past, and I can't help but think it just depends on whether one gets a good technician or not. It just seems like it's the luck of the draw, as we had another bad technician in the past.

I want to highly recommend Snyders Air Conditioner service. I’ve consistently used their service since 2019. A shout out to their best technician “Rene” who’s prompt, thorough and gets the job done right the first time. Prices for labor and parts are extremely reasonable. The office communicates promptly, even on weekends.
