Our AC went out on a 100 degree day. Hiram came out the same day we called. And was a life savor. We had another company come out 3 times for the same problem and they couldn't figure it out. Hiram figured out the problem in 15 seconds and had it fixed in within an hour. Highly recommend this service.

They set up an appointment within a day of requesting service, and the technician arrived a few hours earlier than the window after calling for permission. The repair was quickly identified and completed, within an hour.

Hiram was respectful from the start of this work order. He diagnosed the AC unit snd identified the problem right away. He gave me couple of options on how I could fix my AC unit and took his recommendation. It took about a week and half to do our part with our insurance. Hiram and Jorge were working from start to finish with no problems. I recommend this team to anyone.

Aire Serv service was exceptional. The people were friendly, the customer communication was excellent, the response quick, and the work was knowledgeable and professional. Adrian did a great job and kept us informed of prgress while he was working. This was an outstanding experience with having two different units serviced, and they are denfinitely on my "go to" list.

I came home to find my mini-split leaking and water running down the wall under the unit. I called and they sent Angel out within a half hour of my call. He did a quick evaluation of my unit, vacuumed out the drain line, and verified that resolved my leak issue. He was very professional and since I purchased my trailer with the unit already installed and was provided zero information by the previous own her explained how the unit works. We discussed a maintenance plan and possible replacement of the unit if needed once he comes back to do a full cleaning and service on the unit.
