I’m an Hvac technician and I took a big risk. I stopped by and met the owners son because I had a client that needed a relay. I offered him 20 bucks for it and he said 15 is fine. Glad I stopped by and asked.

Absolutely horrible experience. Please do not do business with them. We went through our home warranty and they were charging for extras that was not needed to a tune of $500. Asked for an itemized list and was given it to verbally but was requesting it to be emailed to me, as a consumer I am entitled to this. The Secretary/office manager was rude and apparently uneducated and lacking in customer skills to understand what I was requesting and was a gullible customer. Completely dishonest and crooked!!! Save your time and effort and do not do business with them. They are there to rip off hard working people!!!!

Advanced installed AC in my new home 11 years ago. They have done my annual service every years since install. Could not be happier with their service.

Operator takes forever to answer phone. They are always backed up. 2 days for service when requested. Then I placed a claim with insurance and she claims she doesn't have time to contact insurance to refuse claim and advise it is a 911 service claim so my insurance company can request another company. "She has too many other things to do" was her response. Very poor professionalism. This is my second time trying to use this company. Never again. Will advise my insurance company about using your company again.

Ben and his coworkers came to install a new ac system for my house. They were extremely professional. They covered the floor with clothes so not to do damage to the floor. After the installation, they even helped with the cleaning. The work was done far beyond my expectations. Definitely recommend!

I was having an issue with my AC unit for a few weeks. Although it works, it was making a very loud humming noise! I called JB aire and Joseph came to check it out the very same day. He was so professional. He worked on getting the part in which took a few days (totally expected!!). When he came with the part needed, he changed it and the humming noise was gone! He did such an awesome job at explaining everything. I had called other companies and when they came out they said the unit was running fine and there was nothing to fix. I’m glad I found Jb aire. His prices are very reasonable too. I absolutely recommend him!

I was really happy with JB and his team. I called five companies trying to replace my indoor/outdoor unit, and I just felt like I was getting the car salesmen treatment. JB sold me a good product at a great price, and answered all of my questions and I had plenty lol . His work was very clean and organized. Woke up this morning very hot muggy AC was reading 78, my heart stopped I knew another expense. So I woke up my husband and he’s like I know someone I replied who he’s like some guy JB something I see a lot of reviews on the next app and I’m like your gonna go with an app reference he’s like yea I said ok. GUYS GOD is so good he placed those ads for my husband to read to come across this amazing person who services AC very nice uplifting and confident.
