Eddie and his partner were open and honest about the 10 year warranty. He specified which specific parts were under warranty including 1 year fee labor and parts. They cleaned ducting, they went above and beyond and removed 2 units from attic. Eddie explained ordinance regulations when servicing the unit in the attic that was not up to par. He informed us of copper piping that needed to be replaced with pictures even though he doesn't service piping. Pricing was fair, satisfied with the products and install.

They were very thorough and explained every bit of what was being done to fix our issues. Very friendly and professional work. I highly recommend using General HVAC LCC. They do a great job.

Quick and great service. I thought I was going to have to wait to schedule a date to have someone come and fix my AC. I called in the morning and within a few hrs he was at my door. Explained the problem and gave advice which was helpful because I know nothing about AC units. I was expecting to pay a crazy amount but his pricing was fair. In less than an hour he fixed the problem. Thank you!!

They were super friendly & helpful. I needed after hours service but they were all booked due to our extreme heat wave. They did however sell me the part I needed after hours and prevented my family from suffering a hot night without AC. Thank you so much! A+

When we called the nice lady who answered immediately was very helpful gave us some tips and assured us on appointment time and even said it may be earlier (which it was) the prices are very reasonable the technician was nice, quick, professional and very knowledgeable our ac was fixed and running super fast. Getting home to a hot home from our weekend getaway was not a great way to end the weekend especially after picking up chilis curbside to enjoy at home (it was hotttt) so we were super grateful that our issue was resolved in a timely manner. Ready for bed in our cool home thanks to TI services.

Called with an emergency repair on a Sunday night. My house was 92⁰ and I have kids. With in 30 minutes they arrived. Within 15 minutes found the problem, gave me a solution, and didn't BS me on price. After 30 minutes, my house is a cool 72⁰ again. I highly recommend them! Best response and service! Will be using them again.

The AC technician (Eddie G.) that came to my home was very professional. He took the time to explained all the AC issues before being his work. He was very through and took his time cleaning the evaporator coils and replacing the capacitor. Highly recommend and the best HVAC company in Cameron Co.

This company was very fast to answer my call. They work the 24 hours and came at a very late time of the day. They are willing to finish the job without any rush even if its a late night call. Had a complete unit installed both inside and outside. Customer service was great and were very helpful for getting my installation done in a timely manner. Technician Eddie was very knowledgeable in his craft and did a great job. My wife and I are very satisfied with the work that was done.

Called them at 9:30pm and very easily scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The technician,Eddie, found the problem within 5 minutes and had the repair done promptly thereafter…. I couldn’t be happier. These guys will always have my business.

Not sure if they are actually 24/7 (as Google says) but I left a voice-mail overnight and they called me right away in the morning. I ended up going with them over my usual A/C repair company because they were able to come out faster and were very reasonably price. I'm so glad they were able to fix the issue right away, especially with this heat going on. The employees I spoke to were very friendly and professional, I will definitely be recommending them!

I love this company! They arrived quickly around nine forty five or ten o'clock at night and fixed everything within thirty five minutes. The repair man went above and beyond to explain to me exactly what was wrong while showing me what was wrong and what he was going to replace.Then he rinsed out my coils with my water hose; he went the extra mile with customer service! I'll never go to another AC company! I had a great night sleep thanks to them! You guys are the best! I would also like to mention that this company chargers the same fee of eighty five dollars to come out and assess the problem, whether it's during the day or after hours! I turned down other companies because they wanted to charge $200 just to come out after hours and see what the problem was, and then they were going to charge me everything additional test needed to be repaired. This company use my eighty five dollar assessment fee and put it towards the amount due. I couldn't be happier with an A/C company. They are absolutely the BEST!!!!
