Disapointed the technician didn’t attempt to even troubleshoot to locate the problem. I had to call another company, they showed up and fixed it.

Update: 8:50pm technician saw review called my wife very agitated about the review I posted in which at no moment am I being disrespectful or using foul language. I just wanted to inform of my experience tonight.

General hvac did a wonderful job of installing a split unit for us. They were very accommodating and their staff did a great job of communicating with us!! ☺️

Technician Eddie was Great took the time to explain everything clearly and very professional. He arrived on time diagnosed the issue quickly. My Ac is running much better now. I highly recommend this company GENERAL HVAC LLC 😁👍💯

I really appreciated the quick service to get my thermostat replaced $240 and then to get a new 3.5 ton heat/air unit installed $4700. The company emploees were very polite and answered all of my questions. I did not have to wait long at all for them to come out.

TI Solutions fixed my AC within hours of calling them. They had the part I needed and the repair man was at my house within a couple of hours. The female caller from TI solutions was the best. She would call me to let me know when the technician would be here and when he had arrived.. TI solutions are very professional and I recommend them to everyone. And the cost was so resonable.. I was able to afford them...

I had some trouble with my AC recently, and this company came through for me not once but twice. The first time, they replaced my motor quickly and got me up and running again. When I noticed my AC still wasn’t cooling properly during the daytime, they came right back out and found that my compressor was off. They fixed it right away, and now my house is finally cooling the way it should!

The technicians were professional, explained what they were doing, and made sure I understood the problem. I really appreciate how quickly they responded and the fact that they didn’t leave me hanging in this Texas heat. Highly recommend!

Great experience, Eddie is a great tech.explained and showed me the issue I had with our ac. Repaired it a small cracked leaky line, a month later the line cracked again so Eddie came back explained that it was the same situation due to likely a bad line and replaced it quick no additional costs and we're cool in our house again.

I was extremely surprised and happy for the quick and complete service I received from this company. My AC stopped cooling overnight. I called at about 9:00 in the morning for a repair appointment. They informed me a repair person could get to me that afternoon. I agreed. Within about an hour, though, they called me back to let me know there was an earlier opening, if I wanted it. I agreed again. Repairman arrived, diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote, and upon my approval proceeded to repair the unit. I was back up and cooling within 45 minutes! Excellent work and very reasonable cost. The repairman also gave me a list of suggestions to help keep my AC running in tip top shape. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them for your AC repair needs.

I had a great experience with this company from the start. I got a fast response and options for repairing or replacing my old units, I appreciated that both options were provided and decided to replace my units with them. Provent A/C is a company I highly recommend. My air conditioner stopped working on a Monday and by Tuesday Provent came and installed a new system.
