Great service and great work ethics. Two things are very hard to find these days. I was very impressed that he showed up on time. And was able to fix our problem on the same day. At a reasonable price. I highly recommend them to get the job done .

We always call Anthony at EchoTech whenever we have problems with our A/C unit. He is always there to help us in a timely manner. When its hot out, all you want is for someone to go out there when you need them and fix the problem. His prices are more than fair. Call him! You won't regret it.

This company is not for out of town
ers if you want anything from them it will be lies! The 2nd month a part broke and we had to replace it. The 4th month the breaker went out on this brand new unit and we had to call someone from Falfurrias to do it because he was gonna charge $285 just to look at HIS work. They promised to warranty their products but yet will not tell you up front that they are going to charge you steep mileage until everything is installed. Will never recommend them to anyone. And completely unfriendly and do not work with you unless they're selling something otherwise you're on your own!!

Anthony made time for an emergency I had. I could not wait too long for the repair because I had my father coming to stay with us to recover from an illness. He showed up within the hour. Cordial and very professional. He explained everything that he did and why it happened. Excellent service.

Anthony and his team are AWESOME. Very professional, detail-oriented, and punctual. Anthony is very good about communicating as well. What they are doing, when they'll do it, when they're headed out for lunch, etc. I felt fully informed the entire time.

We had them replace our AC, but at the same time we also had them move the blower unit from our attic down to our garage, which was a significant change. They did SUCH a good job with it. They were super clean, courteous and the new unit is quiet and cools like a dream.
