The staff that I dealt with pretty awesome and did the job exactly how they said they would. They were friendly and answered any all questions I had. This place was recommended to me through a family friend and I would definitely recommend this company to another!

I am a full time student, wife, and mother of 3 with a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 living, a dining and kitchen area home....Super Clean has been coming once a week for over two months, and i am never disappointed. The ladies are easy to talk to, happy, and get things done with a smile on their faces. As much as i try to keep up with my house it just never seems like enough time in the day juggling all i have on my plate. I am never disappointed....and before they leave they always ask if everything is to my expectations. which gives me time to go through the house to make sure.... and everytime i am Happy..... thank you Super Clean for never letting this momma down.

Horrible. Manager is worthless, car detail was 80% after 6 hours of keeping the car. My mother points out all the things they half cleaned or ddnt clean at all, fast forward 1 hr, the manager says “pay full price or I’ll call the police”. After a long verbal dispute she says “ what do you even want?” Maybe an apology? $5 off of the $130 ?? She stated that it ddnt matter that we had to wait as long as it’s eventually done. Wow. Lady acting like only her time is worth money. Never again.

This is a great company , the staff was so kind and did such a wonderful job. So professional, yet so kind and polite . Will be a return customer ❤️. They even cleaned above and beyond what I wanted . You can not go wrong with this wonderful company ❤️. The ladies worked so hard non stop and were smiling and just a joy to have in my home .

i had been looking for services to clean my home and i decided to go with Super Clean and i was amazed at the job they did on my home. the manager and a supervisor came by and gave me an estimate which was a great price. i liked their service so much i signed a six month contract and i expect to give them business as long as they are in business. out of 1thru ten i give them a 10.

I am reading all these wonderful reviews...and it’s because of these great reviews which prompted me to give Super Clean a call for their services. I hired them to clean my small 1 bedroom, 1 bath (700 sq ft) apartment. They weren’t able to physically go to my apartment and provide an estimate, but they told me (over the phone) that it would be $180. At first I thought it was quite a bit of money for just a small apartment, but I was advised that it would be a deep clean...so I expected a deep clean. Unfortunately, when I came home to see my apartment, it wasn’t as “deep” of a clean as I thought it would be. Now, I don’t know if cleaning the refrigerator isn’t part of it, but if it is...they didn’t touch it. There were multiple coffee stains on my kitchen floor. My washer and dryer were filthy. My bathroom mirror was dirty and spotted. My area rug was not vacuumed. I was just completely disappointed. I thought, “Wow. $180 for this? Never again.” I regret it. What happened Super Clean?

They are extremely professional and hard working. They did a fantastic job at our apartment, the quote was within our price range, and they left nothing unfinished. What we also liked is that the manager comes and double checks that the work is complete. Impressive job, and we will def. be reaching out to them again when a deep clean is needed.

I recently hired Super Clean Janitorial and Cleaning Service's for a cleaning service, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. Upon returning home, I discovered that our cat had been locked in the master bedroom closet for the entire cleaning session (approximately five hours), causing significant stress to him. He used the closet as a litter box, leaving a terrible odor and a mess for us to clean up. We had specifically instructed the cleaners not to open the closet, but this request was completely ignored.
Even more concerning, this was not the first time it had happened. On a previous visit, the same crew had also locked our cat in the closet, despite being told not to enter that area. This time, they tried to absolve themselves by claiming it was a different crew who made the mistake, but in reality, it was the same team who had been given the same clear instructions.
What was most frustrating was the company's lack of accountability. Although they acknowledged what happened, they refused to take responsibility, instead suggesting that we should have better confined our pet. They called it an "accident" and refused our request for a partial reimbursement, despite the distress caused to our pet and the extra cleaning we had to do ourselves.

To add insult to injury, they did not fully clean our apartment; leaving our second bathroom uncleaned.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values professionalism, attention to detail, or accountability. Their failure to take responsibility and properly address the issue left us feeling frustrated and extremely dissatisfied as customers.

We wish this could have been resolved internally, but it was obvious from the managments response that they would not be taking any accountability.

Easily the best wash I’ve had in the valley and top anywhere I’ve been in the states!

Had a deep clean done today. Wayyyyy beyond my expectations. The team did so well and everything was spotless! Highly recommend and will definitely be using again! Thank you!
